Great speeds but poor customer support

Mr. Anurag sounds like some dealer of MTS for sure. Well as you want data so here it is : My mts no. 9145001907 Complaint no 1- C10 52505 (Not resolved yet) Complaint no 2- C10 160979 (Not resolved yet) If still you want more data let me know. Now according to Mr. anurag, had... I been played in the hands of some illicit MTS competitor, My account has never been pulled by the MTS Customer care agent when I called them. Okay So get your misconception 1 cleared. Now as you said MTS has excellent performace in some of the cities as mentioned by you. See , I am using it in pune, so how mts is performing in other cities does not matter to me at all. I have every right to except what company claimed at the time of purchase in pune. So this thing I hope will clear your misconception 2. Third thing, I have nothing to do with other network service providers what they are offering. I just want what MTS claims no matter whether it is good or bad than others. so Mr. Anurag get your misconception no. 3 cleared over here. Next, I am not the only one complaining about speed and disconnection issue of MTS. Next, I agree with the flexibilty MTS providing in comparison to others But I never blamed it. Friends Friends Friends !!! Please Dont go for MTS Mblaze data card. they are fake. believe me. I am one of the victim. Here my story ----- I ordered this device on 13 feb 2010. The Agent came to my told address at the same day with the device. He showed me this device and showed me the full n...etwork after connecting to my laptop. He assured me of gettting at least 1600 kbps speed and 600 kbps downloading speed. I bought this device that day only and this agent told me to provide with the bill next day at any cost , he promised me earth and I believed him and till now he did not come to give me the bill. ok this was it till that time now lets go ahead I started using it. only for one day the speed came fine and after that till today I am getting browsing speed approximately not more than 150 kbps and downloading speed not more tham 20kbps. what the heck. some times even the GOOGLE home page takes 10 seconds to open. and GMAIL takes not less then 50 to 60 sec to load with the chat window. after all this the worst part comes ... this device automatically gets disconnected after every 30 mins or so and then to connect it further there is no way but you have to restart the computer. then only you can connect it further but after 30 minutes it will again get disconnected and you must follow the same procedure again. You will get totally frustrated with this thing. Now the last hope is Customer care. I called them but see what happened. they promised me that they will get it resolved as soon as possible and till now I got no response from them as i never talked to them. This is my story guys. I don’t want this to happen with you people. So don’t buy mts mblaze data card. even if they promise earth to you. Thanks Read More
