Truly speaking as far as my info there are no agents for MTS, u have to go to their Retail outlet and buy the device.
If you happened to buy one from the AGENT, you must have been given a faulty piece.. that means the agent duped you and not MTS.
I have been using it over 4 m...onths now without any issues. And i know my 5-6 of the friends also using the same after my recommendations. They too dont have any issues.
So guys buy it only from the Retail outlet after checking the seal. I dont find any prob with the device/service.
MOrever the;y have introduced newer plans which are much better than what were before.
Just to add am the common man here and not any MTS sponsored buddy to spread the word. So i wud not try to boast about it as such.
MTS rocks !!!
