Lodge an FIR with the local police station. They will try to convince you to just complain. But insist on an FIR. But before you do that, make sure you want to see this through i.e. once an FIR is lodged, an investigating officer is appointed, he will keep calling you to the station for questions an...d the other party. There could also be a corrupt officer and you may have to pay money, but I would suggest completely refuse. Then the officer has to file his investigation report and the case will go to court. Someway along the way the investigating officer will try and get you to settle with the opposite party. You can if you want, but insist on a written apology from them (so that you have a copy and if they ever do this again, the cops will have to jail them). If you are ready to pursue this and follow it up - go get the bastards.Read More

I couldn't agree more. Though I must say they eventually, after many calls did solve my probelm. in my case it was a static IP that they had promised, but not set-up (you can read my review separately)

Hi Guys and Gals, Finally Tata Broadband did give me a static IP and the connection is working very well, giving me the stated speed and with no disconnections. Its just that I had to move heaven and earth to get my static IP, which I was entitled to.
