I have registered a complaint on Sept 5th 2009. Till date nobody from tata has bothered to resolve the issue.
When you call the customer service --
1..We are working on the issue. I will send a message to my backend team.
2.Supervisor -- This will resolved in 24 hrs.i get a call from the backend team...the issue will be resolved....nobody does anything...
3.When I want to speak to the supervisor -- The supervisor is busy on other calls....
4.Whenever I called the customer service it would at least take minimum of 45 mins on the phone. I don’t have a free calling facility...
5.I have registered a complaint with office in Ameerpet still no response...I work from home and make my living working from home. I depend a lot on the internet...I pay approximately Rs -720 a month. It hurts a lot when you don’t get the service
