You have given a 5* for service whereas you have really not faced the service as yet. Their customer service is pathetic to say th least, and i have had multiple bad experiences with them which I have detailed in my review.

You have mentioned speeds of 2.2 Mbps (2200 Kbps), but the real download speed never exceeds 300 Kbps, and you have given a 5* for service whereas you have really not faced the service as yet. Whatever you communicated during the purchase was with the sales/marketing guys, not the customer service d...epartment.
