I for one will surely avoid this brand and have decided to empty the contents of my shopping cart at Snapdeal where I had selected two of Morphy Richards Product - A 60 lt...s OTG and their Expresso Machine. So very true. I too have a similar story to tell. I received a brand new faulty piece delivered at my doorstep. The engineer noticed it and said that it would be replaced in a day or two. Its been more than 365 days and neither do they respond over the phone nor do we get any response by email.
I ...am also contemplating taking this issue to the Consumer court.

Such issues need to be taken to the consumer court. Such cheats should not be spared. Many a issues posted on this forum are grievances caused because of bad service either on the part of the dealers or the company. I hope you are able to get your issue fixed, but please make sure that you do not le...t these guys get away easily with your hard earned money. Whats lacking in our country seems to be consumer awareness because of which most of these corporates take people for a ride. The best part about the products are their advertisements and the worst part about them is the real thing. Thanks for the review. Appreiciate the details. I also liked this review because you have also mentioned technical specifications and have also suggested a few good models. The best way to spread this info would be to email links to the particular page i.e your review, to all your friends and relatives warning them and also requesting them to check out reviews online before buying anything from an online shopping mall

Your review will definitely help a prospective customer of Yo Bykes because he can be forewarned of their Post Sales Behaviour and will als...o know what to expect. Many customers check the internet for reviews before buying a product and even one bad review can make a person rethink on the product. I hope that these guys will learn their lesson , since a lot of negative reviews about Yo Bykes and their Company’s handling of customer grievances is already on the web.
