Updates on the bike after almost 2.5 years. It still runs very well. Recently I had the servicing done and the engineer found one of the 4 batteries very weak so got it replaced for Rs. 1000. Now it runs as good as before. No worries whatsoever. Let's see how long it serves me!

Thanks guys.

The problem of spare parts is not as grave as you think. If you read my review, I had problems only with the tubes.
What I did was bought 2 spare tubes for the front and rear tyres from the dealer. Fixing a puncture does require some efforts, but once you do it, y...ou get it.
The fact that my bike saves me so much of fuel money and the hassles of commuting by bus or train easily negates all drawbacksRead More

my bike (Yo Spin) goes upto 35kmph at full charge and 30 kmph at medium/low charge.
As I have mentioned in my review, if you want a high power model, you can go in for the 750 Watt bike which can reach speeds upto 45-50 kmph and has twin seating capability. I am not aware of its... exact cost though. Must be somewhere between Rs. 28k-33k.
Personally, I find 35kmph sufficient for city riding, since I face a heavy traffic during my commute in Mumbai. I require just 10 mins more that a fuel bike would require. But yes, a twin seating capability has a great advantage.Read More

I have been using the Creative Zen Vision W for the past 8 months. I bought it from Germany in May 2007 and I must admit that this is the most versatile portable media device I have seen.
I had long wished to buy a portable media device. I began researching pros and cons of the media players ...Read more

Thank you for your valuable comments. Any kind of critique is always welcome from the readers.

You are right that the trend has just begun. But I feel switching over to an electric bike or rather, considering the e-bike while buying a new one is certainly a good idea. With fuel pr...ices only tending upwards and the traffic scenario worsening by the day, the electric bike is always a smart choice.
About the prices, I guess the prices range from Rs. 15k to Rs. 30k. I had bought my bike for Rs. 25k. The high speed and twin rider model is the high end model and must be somewhere around Rs. 30k.
I hope you guys benefit from my experiences.Read More

I bought a Yo Spin in March 2007. So I have been using it for almost a
year now. I must say this concept is real value for money. But I
suggest prospective buyers to be shrewd in choosing a new Yo Byke.
During
the initial months, I found the byke excellent in all respects. I
