We have given up on you. Lot of breakage due to poor packing and transportation. We have moved around a lot and have used TransWorld and PM Relocations. There boxes are sturdy and have lasted for 10+ years. Quite shamelessly, your team stopped responding to our calls.

daazzling_mahinder, Voltas Vertis Premium is a 1.5 ton AC and that is what I have.

It functioned well (except the noise) till May 17th and it did cool my small room (9'6'' x 11'5 1/2'') to 16 deg C within 15-20 minutes of operation when outside temperatures were 42 deg C.
