I too was at Diveagar during Christmas and found that there is a huge scramble of tourists which is being minted by locals / hotels. When I reached on 26th afternoon, there was no place anywhere in any hotel. Local's offered accomodation all of them were sub par with exuberant prices. Seems holidays... and weekends is the only time when tourisam florishes and each one is making hay when the tourisam shines. I advice everyone to book their accomodation in advance to avoid problems. at certain places the food is good. These Mr Sunil Kumar, Dhanraj and host lot of Bimal sales executives are bunch of selfish individuals who primarily work to earn money and do not take any social and professional responcibility and damn care about you and your family sentiments. Its extremly sad to understand the entire incident and shows of ugly attitude of Maruti as well as the Marketing guys. Dont leave them and keep fighting! Escalate this issue to the senior Management including Jagdish Khattar. Do mass publicity of this case and higlight this in all forums so that tho...se irresponsible officials head must hang in shame.Read More

First you must admit that a Low cost no frill airlines will not serve even water for free. Secondly as far as the jerkings with the aircraft, Air Deccan is innocent and it has purely something to do with Turbulance. As far as the attitude of Crew is concerned its subjective and differs from person t...o person. Rs 3500 from BNG to DL all inclusive is a cheap fare and better than 42 Hrs train journey in AC 2 tier in KK express.Read More

Felt really sorry for you. I am too a victim of Tata Indicom Harrasement and my patience gave away in just 1 year. Same happened with me after disconnection as no one has approached to collect the accessories lying at my house. Seems its Free Gift for me :-) I will never go for Tata Indicom again

I second your thoughts and recently bid audieu to Tata Indicom after having associated with them for a year. The Tata Indicom support is pathetic and there is absolutly no co-ordination between the Hyderabad call center and the regional Technical support guys at Bangalore. Each time I called these g...uys I was told different stories and finally when they were unable to fix my connection for 3 weeks, I lost my patience and asked them to terminate my connection which they have not done till date. The Modem and other accessories lie at my home and I guess its Free Gift for me :-) Between I also came to know that there exists a war between Cable TV operators providing Net connection and these ISP's and we innocent customers have to bear the burnt. I have now subscribed to Cable Net and life is cool now.Read More

Yes, its the same here at RT Nagar branch too. Cleanliness and Hygine is gone to Dogs and the prices are exuburent. The service is pathetic. A glass of Mosumbi Juice for Rs 40 is really too much. Not recommended for Middle class and below.

Impressive review...a good film but I didnt like it for one single reason that its far from truth... A defense minister and the entire government machinary is shown as villian and the manner in which the Defence minister claims that the plane crash was a 'human error' is disgracefull. Also the way i...n which the All India radio is overpowered by militry commandos by mercilessly killing Amir and party looks stupid. I agree that we go to watch a movie purely for the sake of entratainment which shows things far away from reality, however when it crosses limit, it sucks.

I am too of your age..started lucrative career only since Dec 2000 and work in an IT MNC and have visited foreign land on shot term visits only. Your article draws a beautifull comparision between working in India and Wor...king abroad.... As far as I am concerned, despite all my desh prem and family values, I would still prefer to work abroad for at least a couple of years for reasons like self esteem, pride and money. May be after I reach 45, I wish to settle down in India doing some independent business. As far as Bangalore is concerned, its reaching saturation and the upcoming Metro project is going to aggrevate the traffic problems till it is ready (projection is 2011).
