i have been using it for two year never had a issue and if you cant get through customer support i would suggest to try to call them after 11pm as its a 24x7 tollfree number. sometime back had such errors called them at night and got it fixed .

their connection is good but support is poor . my connection went down only two times in last year but whenever it went down it took the support to help me about 1.5 weeks on average .still i would say its the best connection available in market .its like the saying in hindi 'andho mai kana raja'
