The worst service in Broadband in INDIA in fact we can say among the world is providing that is TIKONA.
I am sure people must be choosing this service as an option since they do not get any other in their area.
Tikona has very much limitation and No advantages as below,
Your network connection will shut down multiple time in a day.
SPEED- This is the main factor they start fooling the peoples, They have very impressive online portal to display the up speed and download speed to fool the peoples. Do not believe that is not an actual speed. They have just made it to show to their customers.
By looking at their business strategies I do not feel they are doing broadband business, Look like they are doing networking channel business to sell their product and make a chain of customer.
Customer support is the worst ever seen in market.
Technical support: Complete non technical people.
MAIN: I do not understand I have seen bad review posted from last 2 year but still these guys don't want to improve the service.
PLEASE Never ever go for TIKONA.
