My name is Harsh Aggarwal.


On 28.02.2012, I ordered Samsung Omnia W(LSB-883745). Till date I have not received any confirmation not any reply from the site about the status. Status on the site is always is "In Process". What is "In Process"?


I was promised that since I live in Delhi and the products are shipped from Delhi only, it will take 2 working days.


I am just waiting for this Monday as it will be 4th working day. After that I will cancel my order.


Update:- Today I got the phone via Blue Dart Courier. Below are the main points:-


1.Packing was indeed very tight and safe.


2.Phone is brand new and was sealed.


3.Delivered in 3 working days.


Although free bluetooth is not delivered yet, but satisfied by phone. Request all to not to write any review without the order number, the delivery status, time of delivery, quality of product. This will help others also to know the true picture.
