Guru this time I don't feel I agree wtih your review. This movie looked drag to me and certainly incomparable to the original classic, which if u watch even today would make you fan of it. And Hritihik Looks like a Bachcha in the role of Bachchan's Vijay Chauhan. There is only one Vijay Dinanath Cha...uhan...and after seeing this remake I now firmly believe this statement!Read More

After seeing its loud promo and songs like chikni chameli iam damn sure that this one is not going to have even 1% character of the original classic. Its looking like a joke..and more joke is your review here with 4 stars..when the movie is yet to release!!!

An out and out insane and pathetic review. Seems mouthshut has been covered by crappy writers. This is lesser are review more a bashing against Amitabh by some insecure Khan fan. Masoon, Anjali, Kaash...all of these three you have listed. They were classics at their time. But you yourself agree that all of them had same storyline. When you are content with 4 such good movies in this line then I really don't understand your logic behind discontention with Paa, which you tell ...that share the same storyline. Old wine in other bottle.
Srini, thing is that, in market you can get whisky of anybrand and all have 48% alcohol, but still price ranges from 100(aristrocat) to 3000(Johny walker) and taste ranges from drinking raw alcohol to something really addictive!
Come out of mentality that story is everything...then for what one pays to director, cinematographer and actors????

Good review. But I dont agree with one comment here that Kabhie Kabhie was better than Trishul.
In fact Kabhie Kabhie was damn boring movie except for the scenes of Amitabh.
The time Rishi kapoor took over, it was irritating and boring.
I feel it was way behind Trishul in power.

Validity of reviews is as much high as your stars given to this movie as well the reco you gave it!
Your review fully looks to be already written in a ngative mood without any standing valid reason why not to watch and why it should be rated as equal to any C grade movie.
Further when I go through... your profile I find that you are like any other maniac Shahrukh Khan fan who write negative about every other artist work and give full marks to any of SRK junky and carp..one can gues this from the fact that u have even given OSO like of third rate movie 5 stars!
I really don;t understand that why SRk has got such uncivilized and maniac kind of fans who always try to belittle others in their sense of insecuirty for a hero who is really worst in the present lot!

I just ask you to refer your preferred box office record for Don at indiafm.com..where the very same analysts who are sycophants of SRK are now shying away fom their f...irst comments.
In India FM Taran adasrh has said that Don has been partially hit and partially flop movie in India. In fact it got skewed business in plus side just from 2 centres : Delhi and Kolkota!
The movie has done tremendously weak business in rest of the circuit including Mumbai that even income from USA and austrelia has not been able to lift the movie above the status of flop to average!
Now please put ur foot in your mouth and just get lost as your srk and his movie Don has already. Dhoom2 is coming soon and will put some more nails in the coffin of SRK carrier.
His coffin has already got many nails: Veer Zara, Swadesh, Ye lamhe Judai Ke, hum tumhare hain sanam, Paheli, KANK and now Don.

The box office info which you are seeing is just upto the first week. Go and please do a mail to them and ask for the latest report.
As i told, due to eid and deewali Don earned but thereafter it stays like discoloured white wall and in entire central zone, eastern zone and north western zone barri...ng few metros this movies is a declared flop.
I told if u wish to accpet teh truth accept it or not..but it is the truth.
And man comparison with Old Don is must...r u open and willing to take any movie coming now with the same content calling itself remake of this one now????
