Coming out of cinema hall after watching the "new " , and most of us looked like labourers coming out of some mine after doing some great job ... bearing 2:45 minutes of all and all nonsensical and creativily dead movie, which gathered some good names, enginered an old classic to more worst, and catered it like last day meals served on a 5 star hotel table ... but you tell yourself how worthy that meal could be? In totally true sense, this is all about this crap movie, if some one asks for neutral saying. Sorry I am not that much kind to my heros that I falsely appreciate their misadventures and bear the burn of wasting money and time on the name of fanfareships which most of the idiots here are doing...writing wrong reviews and misguiding people around!
Script and direction does not need any mention or appreciations. The only difference between the older Don and younger Don is that in this one..the older don is nabbed by the police comissi)oner and he is thought to be in coma and subjected to the operation theatre ( god knows for what!) and a duplicate look alike boy vijay is managed to replace that Don within minutes! (God knows the logic).
Suddenly (God knows how) ..the Don in real comes out of the severe coma in minutes, and he replaces himself with vijay that look alike boy..and the policeman thinks that he had got the duplicate don fixd at the place of the original one while the original one keeps on menacing the world...like a man high on drugs ( who seemed some urgent psychopathic treatment!).
On the name of creativity Farhan Akhtar borrowed everything and thought money will put in the soul. He did not even tried to replace the songs..which looked like remixed old songs and SRK and his heroines like giving stage shows for some remix album o original Don. School children trying their favorite's performance during annual day celebration..or call it a team of jokers trying to chase something which looked terribly away from them.
People who are going so gaga over this movie must e sent for some mental doctor or check up...how come they could so un-neutral and openly misguide the people who consult mouthshut for better information and end up with wrong one? If this you call the movie making ans performance...i am sory to say sir..we are the worst in world then.
This man shahrukh Khan, who has ben struggling for any single full fledged hit for past 2 years in India since Veer Zara ( his movies thereafter flopped in India and earnd money from abroad..which seems to be happening with Don too), has become so much desperate that he focibly wants people to acknowledge that worst is called best in the present day. No one calls him king only himself and stillg oes on boastfully...I mean pathetic that one man is struggling so much with his psyche and turning away from the truth that his carrier is over now..he shouold retire gracefully becuase he is just fit for psycho romantic movie..where lips should vibrate, eyebrows should come down and percpiration should follow with full of hissing sound. Now is is unable even to do justice to the romantic movies and sicne all this and that actor is proving himself with some classical acting, this man has gone all desperate and crazy that he too can do something which he really can't. This man does not understand that he is just a mascot of modern day romeo of cosmo and metros nothing else..forget being even an actor!
Watch the old DON..where Amitabh gave life to the character of Don with just two glazing eyes, simmering intesive silent still lustfull and dangerous...making Don graceful still dreaded....and here this joker kills the complete character with his hissing sound, performing like hyperacive kid from highschool who got some way an oppurtunity to impress his girl friend and doing all body energetics he could do....come on shahrukh this is not any taikwando class..this is acting...which you have missed.
To the more pathetic situation this man dons the role of vijay, the clear hearted pure strong young man from Bihar singing songs on street and whose only oncern was to collect 10 rupees a day and get Munni rajo admitted to school. AB looked again like getting into the skin of the character..ading flavour of great humor nd comedy. But Mr Khan where was your innocnce? sucked on the cigarrete smoken lips? He thought that just doing desperate jumps on songs with full energy will match the magic of Bachchan?? silly man every time does the mistake and this time did a heavy mistake that trying to barge into the sidelines of area in which he can look like only an colored jackle. He has done his biggest mistakes of his carrier this year ...1) Doing KANK 2) Doing Don .
Peculiar to the ardent dumb fans of SRK..when all critics criticized this movie they said..still th movie is good...now when the public is coming out with all filthy words to garner this movie with acute headache, they are saying here show as housefull! wow..there dictionary seems to be reversed.
Now lets hav a look over the prospect of this movie. This movie was released on deewali and eid. So got best opening what it could. But after monday, it's business started dropping like mercury. I entire eastern zone this movie has suffered huge setback..almost all cinem halls plannign to remove it by coming week or two as hll seat screening they have to do having loss.
Same is with rajathan, central and gujrat zone. Only metros are having good time with this movie so is with abroad. Shahrukh Khan seems to have lost ground in India and gained it with NRIs. All his movies for past 2 years flopped here and did busines there..and this is same with Don. Don is flop in India..and thos here giving false reviews writing that ic ame out of housefull must listen it loud..Don is flop in India.
So now it's your own wish to burn your hard earned money over this bullshit crap or respect it...If you can watch better watch Munnabhai again, or even jaaneman is better than this movie. If you are not among those fools who still wish to go to a star hotel who serves you rotten meals in sophisticated table, don't go foor this one and better wait for Dhoom2 or Guru. What can I say about this movie and it's team... A bunch of Jokers Decided perhaps one day to start a chase which they can never finish! The only good this with this movie has ben the slick look style in treatment ..which I think you get in ample in these days ads of even in colgate toothpaste ad. In short:
"Slick sexy body without any soul".
