When it comes to Bigshoebazaar, I learnt the hard way NEVER use online payment options always opt for cash on delievry, that way you are safe... Also I have bought 3 shoes from them, and all the times it was a matter of luck, there is apparently no such thing as customer service, they do things at t...heir own pace, if they are out of stock they will never tell you unless you ask them not to mention they reply to emails only when they feel like, dont be surprised if you dont get a reply at all...

Coolboy, I have heard about the bad after sales with the Fiat dealers, however I am still considering it, because with TATAs backing their service network is suddenly increased, and this particular dealer that I know is good, so I am convinced to go for it.

It seems, that the main problem you have is about the rattling noise, because besides this, your complain about plastic quality and panel gaps is irrelevant, because you mentioned that in your test drive and if you still went ahead with the purchase, it was your own decision to overlook those factor...s.
Sorry to hear about your accident there, and yes Spares availabilty is always an issue, even more so for a car that is newly launched, but that is very common, dealers mostly stock common spares, like bumpers, lights and other plastic parts and stuff , but things like the suspension arms and major mechnical spares require time to be sourced.Read More
