2 the question of refund it took you 2 months to finally tell me that you will not be honoring your end of your deal. During this 2 months it was i who had to call up to remind you that there is a order pending. Each time i had called i was told the deal would be done in a few days. After dishonorin...g your end of the deal i was not informed verbally or through email ( my phone no my mail id and my home address is with you ) how u r going 2 refund the money paid. i called you up but only a got an answer after i sms you to call up. I was told in tone which 2 me felt it is my fault that there was a 2 month delay for the order that the refund is done via points which is deposited in your bigshoebaazar account. following this i had placed another other paying some more for another order. I have till now received only confirmation of receipt of money . there has been no communication from you regarding the time of delivery or anything else. And this is now nearly a week old. Your site states a lot about customer care and such thing but mine has been a bitter one till now. I do believe that there may many who had been happy customers of yours who have received their order in time. But that is only a belief for personally i know none. i have just stated my experience with you. i put my belief in you while placing the order hoping for a good shopping experience but till now i have not a single good one 2 remember. To other prospective clients of big shoe bazaar mine is a single opinion if you had gone ahead and booked an order and had a better experience would like to request them to come back and to give a +ve review. the concept is good the site is good hope they deliver better.Read More

Stay away from this site. Its 3 months since i placed an order i am still to see the shoes. 3 weeks back when i called they said there was an oversight and they do not have stock so offered a refund but a still 2 see any of it coming my way. have been calling up everyday of 10 days now no one picks ...up phone. Even mr danish does not reply 2 his mails or his phone. now am absolutely sure this is a fraud. advise people 2 stay away do not use any cards with them i suspect that could be misused u never know. their moto is customer service by word of mouth. Pls reqest all to pass on the word that they are a fraud. and john should have read this on july 11 when i placed my order sundeepRead More
