I got a response from Mr Lokesh. He is a very fine person to deal with. Whenever shopping on
yebhi, just deal; with him. I withdraw my complaint against yebhi. I am Raj. I placed an Order No. YBH1924971 on their site. I got it cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order and it was removed from my Order Sheet when I checked it online and I clearly told them that I am cancelling this order because the same article is available on another shopping site at half the price.
Next day I was surprised to find that these cheats have added this order back to my Order sheet and have dispatched this order. Then after that this order was never delivered to me as their fraud executives told me that they cant deliver this as I have cancelled the order and further added that they cant even process the Refund as their seniors have declined permission for the same.
I AM AMAZED THAT HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A SHOPPING SITE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I never used any promotion code in this order and they have clearly
declined to process the Refund.
DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THEIR FAKE REVIEWS, THIS IS JUST A MARKETING STRATEGY TO FOOL PEOPLE. Many of my colleagues have shopped on their site and their products are of very very low quality. One can try other sites which offer superior quality and latest products and not junk as yebhi.com to loot customers and fool them.
I want to share one more thing that making the payment on the site of these cheats is also not secure as my friend paid using his Credit Card and it was showing payment failure on their site though the amount was debited from his credit card and Yebhi fraud executives starightaway declined to help him.
I wasted lot of time and money on STD Calls due to no fault of mine and the result was zero, my request was on deaf ears. Today on of the executive of this gang of looters named Aman told me to do what I can.
