I agree with you. I am stuck with a Pedestal Fan Usha Misty Air Icy with remote which was defective from day one. Usha's customer service is absolute junk. Roadside mechanics are better than their technicians. So far, the fan has been repaired four times. When one problem is rectified they create an...other, including breaking the motor cover. I was told the motor was changed. Than fan is still under warranty but fails to work many times. I am still trying to get this lousy fan fixed. Shame of Usha.Read More

They are not alone. Flipkart, notwithstanding their tall claims on TV, are as bad as they come when it comes to customer care. In my view, buying something online that is easily available in a local store is absolute foolishness and invitation to unwanted trouble.

Good review. Seems to be a very useful product. I have read the other comprehensive review too. If it is an Ayurvedic or Unani medicine, there will be no side effects. I will definitely try it out. Cheers.

I am very sorry to hear your experience. What does this RMA CB certificate say? Does it promise refund or replacement. If so, please make one of the parties accountable for refund or replacement. If they continue to play ping pong, lodge a police complaint for cheating and file a case with the Consu...mers Court. Unless you take drastic steps, you will not get your money back. Congrats on purchasing a new vehicle.
Suzuki products are undoubtedly good. With power rating at 8.7bhp and torque at 9Nm, the new entrant Lets is almost as good and powerful as its elder stablemates Access and Swish. I am sure its ride quality will be fantastic.
Your assumption is corre...ct. More the weight on the vehicle, harder the engine has to work and hence consumption of fuel will be higher. Mileage differs vastly between single riding and double riding and of course road condition. I ride Swish and it is working flawlessly for the past two years. (Tip: Shell petrol gives more mileage than other petrol sources) Happy riding.Read More

Sorry to hear your plight. I have always advised on this forum - never buy anything online which you can get from your local stores. Maybe you will pay a little more but when it comes to exchange or refund you will not face any problem with the local stores. Online stores are basically cheats and wi...ll find any excuse to avoid exchanging a defective item or refunding your amount. Please charge this to your experience and never order online when you can find an item of your choice locally.

Flipkart use every trick in the book to deceive the customers. Just imagine the interest they will earn in collecting crores from the public and retaining it in their bank account till they refund the money, if at all. These guys at Flipkart are cheats. My advice to all Flipkart customers is whenever you call their stupid Customer Care, record all their calls. This will serve as proof in case of litigation. A very lengthy but interesting review. If you are single (I think you are) I am sure you wouldn't be as excited to receive your bride as you were to lay hands on the new phone. The 'Astrologer' part was truly hilarious.
As for Flipkart and their customer care - it is simply non-existent. The staff... keep on parroting the same lines again and again till you get frustrated and give up. You are right - Flipkart's monopoly on certain mobile phones has made them arrogant and irresponsible. In my case they refused a replacement as well as refund on a defective and damaged Flip Cover that I purchased with a Zenfone 5. But as I was all set to approach the Consumers Court they refunded the money.
