Upto an extent Herbalife does help in weightloss provided you do exercise by brisk walking or jogging everyday for an hour and also consume and maintain diet as suggested as meal replacement shakes do help you. But then maintainance becomes a big nuisance and one cannot shell so much money and rely ...on them for life long instead eating healthy salads, sprouts and low calorie diets help in maintainance rather than continuity of Herbalife. Secondly what I found as my experience is first time takers of Herbalife results are good, but after that especially when I wanted to lose weight for second time after a gap of 2 years same diet and exercise was followed by me and all medical tests were also done to see if any thyroid, PCOD or Serum Insulin abnormalities but all of them were normal but HERBALIFE didn't do any wonders on me. It was waste of efforts and money for second time as I didn't lose a KG. So I am skeptical about its intake and effects it has on body over LONG USAGE. Slim Express is a BIG BAKWAAS , there is lot of publicity for it claiming their machines work on ION magnum therapy that exercises muscles and tones it as if we have done a gym workout, but to my dismay nothing was achieved to me even after taking 5 sessions from them and shedding out 30k for them o...ut of which I have recovered 15 k claiming there therapy didn't workout. Moreover they get eat you ORLISTAT tablets, balanced diet plus morning walks so anyways by doing all this you do lose some amount of weight, ORLISTAT capsule consumption is bbad cause it doesn't differentiate between good fat and bad fat and removes even the essential fats required by your body.OVERALL a crap program...do not waste money on this.Read More

ION MAGNUM treatment, just to reduce my inches faster to surprise my husband I joined Sheetal's Slim express, i knew it was gambling for me to spend such a huge amount of money but then i agreed for 10 sittings, they promised me they i would have a guranteed weightloss and inch loss of 6 inches but ...to my dismay even after taking 8 sessions i havent noticed much difference with just 2 cm loss was there and weight remained same, now they say only after recommended 15 sittings i will have the loss of 6 inches and otherwise it wont happen, I spent 30000 for their 8 sessions and repent for being such a fool at their place and i plan to sue them to Consumer court. Dr.Slim , is a Useless Treatment Center for weight loss, I have tried and wasted my money, similar is the case with VLCC, hardly you lose any weight after 5 sessions and following their diets and exercise. From the beginning i have been a health conscious person when it comes to food and maintain... strict diet and exercise regime but the moment i take a break I gain back the weight....then I tried VLCC and Dr.Slim but trust me all this is useless , just a time waste and waste of your hard earned money.
