I had the similar problem, where I was given a damaged photo frame and was told that Snapdeal would arrange a reverse pick up through Blue Dart. After 2 months of continous chasing and talking to Snap Deal's respresntatives my problem did not resolve and I made up my mind to take this mater to consu...mer cour and teach these frauds & unprofessional people a good lesson. I had a call from Snap Deal executive who stated that this is a problem from Blue Dart and they are unable to arrange a pick up for me. What RUbbish...They are really ineffective and unrpoffesional agency who dupe the innocent customer... Am still considering opting for Consumer Court option just to teach these type of Fradulent Comopany a Good Lesson.Read More

Guys just afurther update, I called 'Book my yatra' team to try last time to seek for a solution as some how I got no. for operations manager of their team (Arjun) however had a terrible experience again. In absence of their department head one of their representative (Akshay) just categorcially men...tioned that they are not going to do anything on my request and am free to take this issue to consumer Court. So now finaaly I have not doubt in my mind that a peacful resolution of this not possible and the money which was fradulently taken from me would not be returned withotu Consumer Court's interference.
