Dear I can understand your frustation, but writing same thing 100 times doesnt make a difference, no. Wish you could have given some more justifications. If you edit your review please let me know. Will revise the ratings.

Hey Urvashi... I had a lot more expectations at least from daughter of an army officer. Is our army life all about CSD, MH, KV's, AWWA (AIT, AMC, ADC, AIHM etc) and Canttonment. Perhaps, I disagree... What about discipline, manners & etiquettes, personality development, sense of togetherness... and ...obsession & love for country.
Do lemme know, if you add something into it. I would love to revise my ratings :)

Hazaron khwahishein aisi....
ke har khwahish pe dam nikale,
Bahut nikale mere armaan...
Lekin phir bhi kam nikale.
It's one of my fav movies Ritu. Wonderful review written on that. Frankly speaking, its theme is also on the lines of Rang De Basanti. Just that Hazaron Khwahishein depicts the p...ractical aspect of society instead of idealistic as shown in RDB. I simply loved the role of Shiney and especially the last part.. where cops are desperate to kill Shiney. Last scene where he is sitting with Chitrangda near lake.. very touching.
Fabulous review... am glad tht someone else likes parallel cinemas :)

Nice review penned aswathy with good analysis. Liked your observation and understanding of director's view point. Just 2 constructive feedback. Wish you cud trim the stroy part which made review a lil longer. Perhaps a lill formatting wud make it more reader friendly. But, at the end of day.. superb... review. Keep writing..

The typical Amjad Maruf review with wonderful usage of lanuage.. apt quotes.. and well thought analysis of every bit of movie. Do I need to say more :)

Wonderful review mayank with enough food for thought. Thank God.. some movie was made with some message. Yours was a well analysed review covering all the aspects of movie. One of the best reviews on this movie.
Yaar, my fav patriotic movie remains 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh'.. coz it had just ...one theme.. PATRIOTISM. So, director could continue to hold our attention. RDB keeps switching between actual story of carefree attitude and story of freedom fighters.. so could'nt culminate that intense feeling. Moreover, it was made for a different purpose. According to me.. theme of movie isn't just Patriotism.. Its more of realising one's potential and determination towards our goals. Anyways...
Glad Amir didn't overshadow anyone in this movie... sabko barabar chance mila..
