My first advice - if you ever buy an IFB product then keep it besides your place of worship in the house. It will be the best appliance in your house - till something goes wrong with it. After that you need a phone with a good calling plan - because , boy you have to go down on your knees and tr...Read more

I disagree. I have read this book (and written a review about two weeks back) The books presents the reality - and not criticize. The very fact that we adopt such a tone to its winning the Booker, affirms what Aravind's messages in the book. Are you not being the coop-liver when you use such la...nguage ? As I had said in my review - the is a psychopath's point of view on India - who is pushed into crime against his beloved master, because of corruption and system- which does not even consider him to be a part of itself. I do not not know about Booker prizes, but a book does not become bad or good by winning a Booker, or any prize for that matter. Read More

Not knowing English does not make a person a pick-up from the street. If that had been the case, the whole of Germany , Russia, France and China would have been like that. I take your point about corruption, but strongly disagree on the stand you have taken with the English language being a mu...st requirement for a policeman to be educated. Tell me how many educated people (english knowing) would have not ever jumped a red signal, or wouldn't have driven drunk in Banglore ? Read More

Chrome is definitely faster, and has been specially built for developers - features like task manager, debugger, each tab running in a different thread etc. are very developer centric - I wonder if they are just making a hype out of their internal debugging tool :-) Yet, a good simple down to earth... browser. And yes, a very useful review too ! Read More
