To Amisax, I have been to France from Paris to Perpignon and from there to Spain for an 11 day tour. May be you should too with your knowledge of English.Unless you speak French or Spanish or accompanied by a transilator you will be out of luck. However, the Police officers are fluent in English, F...rench and Spanish. My point is, India being a large(but small in size)country populationwise and highly educated people in every parts of the country, dont you think the State Governments should recruit the Police force with a written exam in English and interview them in english so that they can be in the public???
