the reason why Monk...is a huge success is combination of name, story and of course the marketing behind the book..!! When I saw the book, I was instantly attracted towards it!!!.. More so..bcoz of the name..!! Also, its easy for many of us - who are living a fast life to relate to the lawyer..!!... I agree that there isn't much to it..!! Cheers AshishRead More

Well, I dont agree with your statement 'but you don’t need the book to tell you that.' We all 'think' that we know whats good for us..but why don't we practice it then?? WHy do you need a traffic police to tell you that wearing a helmet is mandatory!! Sometimes, you need an external fo...rce to shake you up!! To know why 'Monk who..' is a huge success, read my review on Tipping Point .. http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Tipping_Point___The_-_Malcolm_Gladwell-85602-1.html Keep talking.. Truly speaking, this isnt a management book.. Actually Gladwell has derived all fundas from psychology and behavioral science.. You must read this book to understand how does a bigggg epidemic occur..!! And how can one create a widespread epidemic..!! Cheers Ashish
