thanks ashish, and a good review of the Tipping Point. Its high on my priority of must read already. let me eat my words. i fully agree we need 'an external force'. but not the kinda external force that Sharma sells. My idea of a such a force would come more closer to Jonathan Livingston Seagull ...and the indomitable spirit of a goal than a recitation of beautiful phrases. it may be a personal experience, but the Monk failed at providing the external force i was looking for.
