Please do not expect HRs to act rationally. They are a product of bad MBA education from local college/universities. They just follow orders and do what they find is the easiest way to deal with things. Many posts go on hold and even if they dont, please dont expect HRs to communicate anything to yo...u. HCL HRs do not even reply to queries/tickets/mails of their own group of employees that are linked to them. If you ask for a solution to a very huge issue, they say a very black n white statement: Did you get it in writing that this would not happen in HCL? Very good and honest statement.
