I bought an outfit from TATA Cliq care on COD basis. It was delivered and I paid the amount. Second time delivery was attempted and I naturally refused. Now the status shows as unable to deliver. I contacted customer service and sent images of the outfit and invoice as I wanted to return. I call the...m everyday twice but they still have not picked up though the customer service people speak very nicely and say it will be done. I seriously wonder what kind of nincompoops are in the customer service management. Have they employed incompetent people who have done a correspondence course in customer service and left it halfway? I am still waiting for them to pick up. I agree. The app doesn't work at all and I have reinstalled, cleared the cache as they had advised but it's really pathetic. I had bought a month's subscription and it is of no use. They truly need to upgrade the app and improve it to attract viewers.
