I had ordered a cake to be delivered in Hyderabad on August 1, 2018 and had paid the extra amount that was specified on the website.
The agent called me late evening saying I will have to pay more for delivery to that area. I cancelled the cake and till date have not been refunded the amount(they said it would take 21 days!(In this age of technology and easy transactions)!
Never have experienced such poor customer service or delays in refunds. How is this website going to succeed?
