My sincere advice to shoppers is to NEVER buy from this website or app however tempted you are. They are spoiling the huge brand name with fake customer service.
I bought an outfit that was delivered and I paid cash. Later a second delivery attempt was made for the same product. So the status is stuck as undelivered. I wanted a larger size so I requested a return as they don't have exchange option.
With immense difficulty I contacted customer care and sent the images on their WhatsApp number of the invoice. They keep saying they will pick up in 2 working days and it has been more than a week. Also they lie that they are unable to connect when I have been waiting for their call and don't see any missed calls.
The strange double delivery attempt is also indicative of their poor logistics. Management is obviously third rate and for such a big Indian brand they really need to ramp up and fire the useless logistics staff. Come on TATA take care of this shopping portal and build it.
Finally they picked up the product and I received my refund after more than a month! So hope they speed up the improvement of the brand, logistics and customer service.
