FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
Few years ago I had used Ferns N Petals to send birthday gifts.
Suddenly I am getting a barrage of SMS and Emails reminding me of the events. As I am not in touch with one of the persons whom I had sent the gift to and the other relative is no more; I requested the customer service of Ferns N Petals to please stop the SMSs and emails.
I made these requests TWICE and was assured through emails with TICKET NUMBERS etc.
But the company has no professionalism and is not customer oriented hence they keep sending me the messages! They are obviously money and greed oriented. This is so annoying and I have decided NEVER to use their services.
