Movies are being made for the immature audiances. What a shame not to have more intelligent movies so people can learn from such things. Thanks for your comment on my salt review. I appreciate the suggestion of using Carob, will check that out.

I am caffeine sensative so have to go easy on coffee and tea. At least tea has less caffeine but enough to set off my blood pressure machine. Good review

I can't tolerate much caffeine, it is a way that I have to control my blood pressure along with no salt. This way I do not need to take any medication. I only have one decaf in the morning. Caffeine does not affect my husband in anyway, guess it is to each his own.

Your suggestion are very good. I still love the feel of books. It may not be long and the Audio books will be what I may need. I will be 76 next week, who know when the eyes will becme dim. Love your review.
