Congrats on the weight loss...but...the only way to fitness is regular exercise and ballanced diet. I had been obese all my life until I realised it 8 years ago!

Instead of popping pills (expensive or otherwise) adding naturally iron rich food to your diet will help...like beetroot, apple, spinach, eggs, apricots, broccoli etc. By the way, my hb is 14.5 and I am a woman!

Guys!!! Weightloss/diet pills are just short term gains with long term side effects. The reason we become overweight is either disease or unhealthy lifestyle. I had been obese most of my life until I realised why and how 8 years ago. I lost more that 30 kgs and have been fit for the last 8 years, no...t because of pills but because of changes in my day to day life. It is easy once you start. If the tips aren't working for you ask yourself: > am I working out three or more times a week like the book said? > am I having small portions of meals every two hourly like the book said? > am I taking parathas. cheeze, butter as a meal or for breakfast like the book said? > am... Hi Pooja Definitely an eye opener for those who were thinking of joining but also for those who still believe weightloss can be achieved without exercising (!). All your aunt needs to do is spend 45 mins on brisk walk everyday and stick to fresh (low fat and low sugar) homemade food. Believe m...e! I am a fitness enthusiast ....and having lost 35 kgs in 2002 ....I am still able to maintain it with a simple formula which is - 30% exercise + 70% right diet = 100% wait loss. I read your review thouroughly and very frankly want to tell you that the only thing you are doing right is going for brisk walks.....the dieting part is totally a torture. Probably you think that weight loss is a phase which you can pass and never come back to . No its not true. If you have the te...ndency to gain weight ....you will definately gain back all the pounds that you lost, once you come back to your normal routine diet....Dont give your body a shock....increase exercise and follow a natural diet which consists of all the important nutrients including sugar and fats. Dont avoid sugar completely. Low sugar level in body can be fatal. And if you avoid fats all together your body will set an alarm for deficiency of the same. And once you get back to your normal diet your body will immediately start making the fat cells to cover up the previous loss. I liked your review, however one point that you mentioned was utterly offensive on the part of modern women. How in the blue hell can you see a porn star representing a modern woman??? Dear Doc I appriciate your effort to create awareness but I didnt understand one thing? Why do need to blame gyms for all the health troubles related to obesity?
