I have swiped the card many times with their tie up merchants. But not a single time the point has come to me automatically. Each time i had really fight it out to get the points. Now also I have made a compalint and is waiting for a resolution. These are not the only issues with them: the site does... not work at most of the times, the gifts shown online are not actually available. I agree with you. The service team of IFB has to be allowed to work with absolute care. My digital washing machine was not working and I had registered a complaint through their call centre. The complaint was attended by their Franchisee 'I Matrix Consultancy - phone no. 26581516,65611314/15'. They ...first came and asked me to take an AMC. As I refused to take AMC, they went back and the complaint was not attended. I had to take up this with the entire IFB officials to get some one to attend the complaint. On 16th august they came back asked to pay 3200 towards spares to repair. They gave a bill for the same. But after two washes machine is not working again. If you are asking for a service of IFB washing please ensure that you are around and do not leave it to them alone. Absolutely true on KUN's service. First they will put a price for taking the car for service. You will have to wait for minimum of 2 hours for their service engineer to attend the same. Then they will give back the vehicle with half of the work done with a big fat bill.

I am having a IFB digital for almost 7 years, as hrishil1412 has mentioned GOOD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE. Not a single service whether it be under AMC or out of AMC has been done to the fullest satisfaction, they keep something or the other pending.

I am using a IFB washing machine for around 7 years now, machine is really good but service is pathetic. I wanted to change as the existing machine was old, but not Whirlpool as read the reviews.

Very true, I had registered my Airtel mobile under NDNC and the same is active since March 29, 2010. I get unsolicited calls and SMS only from Airtel, till this time I had raised at least 15 complaints but they have failed to act.
