KUN Hyundai claims to be the best in customer service. But I have been always having bad experience with them since I bought a Getz 1.1 GVS a couple of months ago. They assure a lot of things while selling, but post-sales service is awful. I had asked for fitting fog lamps in my car for which they charged Rs 4062/-. They dragged for 3 weeks post delivery and later gave up saying it is out of stock. I had to fight for another week to get the money back. They paid me 3800/- instead because of an accounting mistake. They promised to pay the rest of money in a day or two. It is 3 weeks now, the remaining 200+ Rs is yet to be given. Still, they claim that they are best in customer service.
While delivering the car, these people gave me a R14 stepney wheel. My car uses R13 wheels. How on earth I could use the R14 wheel. It is 2 week, I lodged the complaint. They are yet to give me a replacement wheel. I lodged the complaint late because one before 2 weeks, I had a punchered tyre; Only then I noticed the wrong stepney wheel. The service guys had pointed their fingers to the manufacturing unit and said they are clean. Finally, the customer is in trouble because of this poor service.
Interestingly, none of the sales people stay for more than a month in their office. Three sales people attended my car purchase case. Attrition is very high with KUN. It is impossible to have a rapport with one sales/service person in their company.
