Shared transactions that had no stop losses and were blatant misuse of my money with Religare. Now, also tried sharing this with Peherdar on Moneycontrol. Doesn't seem like anyone really wants to do anything - may be illegal but hey it affects the partners in business... Day 130 from logging a c...omplaint - Religare does not have any way to make good. Got in touch with the Religare Complaints Department. Conversation summary: 1. Dealers used up entire balance in 1-2 high value orders to increase brokerage amount and meet targets 2. Dealers DID NOT PLACE ANY STOP LOSS 3. Religare does not have effective mechanism to monitor Custo...mer Accounts 4. My account was neglected - options got decayed No resolution to problem from Religare was suggested. They want me to put in more money so they can try and make profit. Again - no monitoring mechanism, no customer focus. Just give us more money so we can earn brokerage - is the message Religare gave me today. Awaiting response from Religare.
