Circa British Raj in India, in a small village, Bansiram Pran has owned and maintained a plot of land donated to him by a kind-hearted Zamindar. The Zamindar (Shakti Kapoor) passes away, and his lecherous, womanizing, and alcoholic son views this plot, and describes it as heavenly, and wants ...Read more

Garam Masala, The only problem is among all the errors, that the audience is left wondering where is the comedy. The acting is average, with the exception of Paresh Rawal, who still manages to bring a chuckle or two. The plot is too complex to keep track of and thus gets stale very quickly, ...the music is well never mind the music. It seems like the Hindi movie industry has run out of original ideas for comedy movies. While Hera Pheri, which was a similar movie, did have quite a few funny moments and had more originality, Garam Masala is quite simply, a blind rip-off not in terms of the plot, but in comic-style. Do not waste your time with this one. You are better off watching Andaz Apna Apna or Hera Pheri a second time. God BlessRead More

Well, comparing this movie with romantic comedy like Hum Tum or some other will not be justified This is a very different movie with a very bold story. May be Indian audience is not ready for this. This movie is made with extraordinary outfits which are really imaginary.. Characters are im...aginary too I mean the whole movie was full of CRAP Just because Hum Tum was a HIT does not mean you can make a fool out of the Indian public. Yes there were positives and Negatives in the movie as they are in all movies. But it went really boring at times. If you want to watch great cinema be an Aamir Khan fan like me. Trust me Mangal Pandey is the best film I have seen this year.Read More

Chappals/Taalis go hand in hand. Kabhi khushi khabi gum. All in all, given the choices like Moody, Amarnath and Desmond Haynes, the BCCI did well to have appointed Greg.

Thanks for the review. Lara is a real genius. His stats are unimportant, people who have watched him in full flow will never forget the experience. He plays with all his heart and in the end some of his innings are like a movie. One such example is his 151 against australia where he ...single-handedly chased 350 on the last day with support only from tail-enders. Lagaan looked very similar to this.Read More

If there is one movie that I would pick as the overall best movie that the Indian Film Industry has produced, it has to be '' Gadar-ek Prem katha''. It is very sweeping statement to make, but I make it with conviction. The best movies are either fiction (Shawshank Redemption)or a portrayal of...Read more

I totally agree with u that SRK can do anything to grab publicity. It seems that after trying his luck to be brawny(in kaal), and of course failing thereafter he finally had done what he can do best.

Although he made a strong debut in J.P. Dutta's Refugee alongside Kareena Kapoor in 2000, the movie was not considered a success. In a span of four years, Bachchan went on to do many more movies, without any major box-office successes. However, with his performance in Mani Ratnam's Yuva, he ...proved his mettle as an actor. His performance earned him the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award and every other supporting actor award at the major film award functions. Yashraj Films's Dhoom, starring Bachchan, alongside John Abraham, Uday Chopra, Rimi Sen and Esha Deol was a hit in 2004. Next, Bachchan is set to star in a Karan Johar directed movie, alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Preity Zinta called Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and in Dhoom 2, the sequel of Dhoom. In 2005 he had four consecutive hits with Bunty Aur Babli, Sarkar, Dus and Salaam Namaste But all of these movies were not solo hits from Abhi Jr. He needed the help of big superstar like his dad Sanjay Dutt Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerjee and Preity Zinta, to help his crap career get rolling. He should thank stupid fans like you that you are writting great reviews about this stupid clown. Mate he will never be a great actor like Aamir Khan or his dad. Thats my word. PS: Read my box office review on Mangal Pandey on my first review. It a solid hit for sure it is. Aamir Khan is the past present and the future of this shiit called bollywood.Read More

I totally agree with Aamir Khan no else can touch him. The Big B is currently the best. But what the heck Raj Kapoor is a overrated actor and a poor film maker who expose Zeenat Aman In SSS and made stupid films like Mera Naam Joker. They should name this film Mera Naam Hai Bhandar. Beca...use looking at Raj Kapoor he was a stupid monkey at best. The whole Kapoor family are in the film industry because of this stupid idiot. May He Rest In Peace. The greatest film maker and the most underrated filmaker of all time is Satyajit Ray. I think Raj Kapoor is a third rate director. I formed this opinion when quoted as saying that he could make ten films like Satyajit Ray but could make a film like him. Now how can anyone say a thing like that for someone like Satyajit Ray.Read More

Unfortunately I have seen many females so besotted with him. His acting(if u can call it) is of two types in comedy roles he jumps, hollers and makes faces, in serious roles he just puts on a dead pan face. Watch him against Big B in Baghban, Ajay Devgan in HDDCS and Anil Kapoor in Biwi No 1.... No hope at all and he getting Best Supporting Actor Award for KKHH, for just drawling dude, when Manoj Bajpai was the clear winner for Satya. Man some people have all the luck.Read More
