This is the worst building in the world, with shoddy construction and a terrible owner. Nobody wants to live here. There are no amenities, it's completely awful. Dogs roam around, and there's garbage everywhere. I bought two flats here two years ago, and they still haven't completed them. This building is so terrible; there are cracks everywhere, the water quality is very bad, the gates, door frames, and even the lift are all broken. Despite numerous complaints, no one listens. I can't even begin to describe how bad it is. They've sold the same flat to multiple people; the owners are involved in fraudulent activities.
