They have changed their name now because they couldn't cheat people with the old name. Now they have changed the name and have started looting people again. Many people lost their security deposits due to their fraudulent practices. These people don't have any shame in doing fraud with people who spend their life savings thinking they are buying something legal but end up with wrong and incomplete documents. Upon questioning, these people will block you or if you are able to contact them they would shamelessly tell you to go to court but you won't get your money back.

Fraud Builder. They took 5L token money for the project Reliaable Downntown, but due to certain reasons financial challenges I had to cancel my booking, but they are not returning the amount. Initially they kept delaying one month after another, but now they have gone completely silent.

Please avoid this builder. If you get stuck for whatever reason, your hard earned money is lost.

I did a mistake of booking a plot in their Reliable Downtown now rebranded as Reliable Aquatown. Upon realising the problem cancelled he booking, it’s been a year since they have not refunded my money. I heard hundreds of other people have been facing the same problem, this is daylight robbery.

Reliaable will never provide amenities on time, and they have a modus operandi to loot you till end of your life after selling their plot of land to you. They do this loot by the name of maintance.

I am one of the owners of the above project.

In a dispute at high court between the developers and 2 of the land lords the developer has entered into compromise settlement with the land lords to surrender 7200 sq. Ft of land.

The twist here is the land they have agreed to surrender prina facie looks like the one ear marked for park and other civic amenities which shoud be only for the benefit of residents as per supreme Court order.

1. When I visited the place today the marketing wing of Reliable Developers have opened an office to market/sell remaining

few plots.

I was shocked to see the boards very in it was mentioned swimming pool and community hall as the amenities which is not true. When I had a discussion with the marketing team they were unanswerable. The agreed that such amenities are not available and to remove then from the board by Saturday

I am thinking of proceeding legally if our amenities are taken away from us.

Great support by sales team And CRM

I am the plot owner in one of the projects of them, they will loot your 100% money by giving fake promises. their sales team do branding as though they are creating heaven, later once your money is received they will escape from the place . your money will invested into their some other projects. post to your registration these people will stop responding to calls, no response to your email.

more than a year, till date no development works has been started, no amenities nothing . they have taken club house, maintenance fee in advance, Now their company is closed . Beaware of them .

This is the worst builder you could find in Bangalore. I wonder why the authorities do not catch them. They will take your money and stop responding afterwards.

The director Arun is the worst person you can ever imagine. He cheated me of 5 lacs and stopped responding to my calls or messages.

Any positive review you see here must be the ones created by them cause there can be none.

Be very careful before putting any of your money with these cheaters.

I hope that the karma would catch with the scoundrel Arun and he will rot in hell.

These builders cheated and closing the company.

After huge business they cheating to there clients be aware

Hi I had booked a plot at relliable at the end of october. due to some reasons I had to cancel the plot. now they are not returning my advance-2 lakhs. kiran is not picking the call and not responding to message. dont book any plot at ecity at reliable. worst ethics. worst employees. we should form a group and escalate to higher authorities.

False promises, ongoing litigation cases on many plots… many , many such issues. By the way I’m one of the owner. You will be shown with mesmerising amenities and clubhouses then they will turn them to restaurant/brewery and later walk away from site with some additional false promises. Be careful before committing for any purchase. Once check all the Reliaable developers completed projects and go for a round and enquire it’s how-abouts. You will be get the reality. All of them with false promises, litigations , rude responses and others.

The journey to find a home in bangalore seem a far fetched dream with the growing frauds and manipulations done by the real estate mafia. Let me share a personal experience by Reliaable Developers Reliaable Developers Official in one of their properties #PioneerEternia at Electronic city phase 2.

In the first enquiry, they ask us to visit the property, then once we come down, they would explain all amenities with a USP of two lakes in the project (please don't fall for this - the lakes are accessible to general public as well, not exclusive to the project).

Another promise they make it that Ms. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw is developing the lake as a CSR in her personal capacity (don't know how far is this true as no document supporting this claim was shared with us, but sharing their brochure where they mention pharma company collaboration).

Once you get invested, do your due diligence in rera, personal legal checks, do a final visit before closing, then the circus comes to play. When you go to book the plot, they will say so sorry its sold. You may please check other plots. And, mind you they don't say all this until you are fully ready to buy. Then, they try to stick some other non-desirable plot for you.

In the meantime, when I raised a fresh query for same specifications, suddenly the plot became available. The executive/ channel partner Shibil says - Sir the plot is available for you to come down to book, Probing Shibil further we said that one Mr. Kiran has said my friend that plot is sold out - so how can you say it's available? Shibil replies - Sir, I have told Kiran to book it for you today morning and maybe that's why your friend got a sold out response.

Parallely, I am talking to Kiran who says that the said plot is sold out and that you may talk to Shibil. Incidentally, Shibil's phone gets switched off.

So the final crux is, they will entice you to come to the property to have a visit saying they have plots in your desired specs, but when you want to book, they will say - Sorry, that is sold, please book these.

Its a bad marketing strategy, plus ruining #KiranShaw's reputation by attaching her name to the project. I have all recorded conversations with their executive, if any channel wants to cover, I can share it.

Hi I had booked a plot at Reliable project paid a booking amount of 5lakhs due to some reasons I had to cancel my booking so requested a refund on email got it within the assured time.

Booked one plot in Reliable prime city almost 2.5years before. Paid 2 lakh booking amount and got set of documents to verify legally,

Lawyer asked for amount 2 important documents. Team never reverted back with those documents even after several followup's. Requested for a refund as papers missing, but dint receive refund even after 2 years.

Even I don't see proper response from the employees of the builder especially Syed, Director Arun he don't know how to respond to customer call totally he his unprofessional used indecent words and have recorded same. now I am going to file a case against fraud developer and the owner of the site which I purchased. Looks like management blind here seeing all these negative replies. Please requesting you people don't waste your hard earned money. before proceeding anything please reverify it multiple times.

Looks like full fraud company.

Even the project did not progress even a bit in last 2 quarters.

Looks like full fraud company. It also has a sister company called pioneer developers.

It's been 2years since we have taken the plot and no electricity is provided for a layout. Our house construction is completed no electricity... Worst and horrible developers never buy any plots from they. Rural areas have electricity if they can't provide as per the BDA norms what the buliders they aa

They work in sell and escape mode. One of layout the developer didn't even pay electricity bills and BESCOM has given ultimatum to cut power to the entire layout. This is just one of the incident.
