Better donate your money ..instead giving to this builder..he will cheat you..he is taking advantage of IT guys as they dont want to be in legal things..so he is cheating them..he have several cases but bcoz of corruption..nothing is happening against him..dont invest single rupe

Horrible experience.. no response for me property that should have delivered 6months back.. never ever pay full amount and register before handover. They force to do it. Utter Waste customer service team as Noone respond. Never ever go for a property from these builders..

Reliaable developers are famous for not delivering what they promised, there are lot of Rera cases pending against them

We have paid advance amount to the company and waiting for the refund of the money from past 10 months, no one picks up the call, I got to know many people are in similar situation as me .

Please comment your e-mail id/phone number, so that we all can come together and file a case against them.

This is a true story of the many victims of Reliaable Developers(RD) cheating on the Purva Westend project. Currently there are more than 20 cases pending RD - you can check RERA website. More than 30 apartments were sold in 2019-20 under the landowner’s share(H P Rama Reddy and A Rama Reddy are the owners). Even after six months of signing the sale agreement, there was no sale deed. The buyers got anxious and filed RERA cases and police complaints. RD did not budge. The two employees we mostly interact with viz., Usha and Arun(so-called CEO) are like criminals with no conscience. They just forget you after receiving the payment. They do not pick up calls and frustrate you.

After more than a year of fight and struggle, around 10 buyers got possession of their flat. The others are still waiting for their dream home. RERA is a toothless authority and they can’t help you here.

FRIENDS THIS IS A TRUE ACCOUNT OF THE SUFFERING OF THE BUYERS. IF YOU WANT PROOF JUST VISIT THEIR OFFICE ON MUSEUM ROAD AND SIT IN THE RECEPTION. INVARIABLY YOU WILL FIND A CUSTOMER OF RD WHO IS CHEATED WITH APARTMENT OR PLOT.

Very unprofessional behavior of sales and CRM Team. I own a plot in RD phase#2 and I yet to get all my legal documents(katha and NOC). Once the registration done they wont even respond to the calls.

Before anyone going for registration please make sure to get all the required documents from them.

I came to know about Prime City venture through a friend and that too he mentioned Reliaable Developers do with only BDA approved layouts. I have been waiting from long for BDA approved layouts.Then I have gone through Reliaable Developers site. It was funny that an extra "a" in their name. And also I checked with my colleagues and friends about this developer. I got very good feedback from most guys.

Then I visited their other ventures like Dollars colony, Elegance and few more. And I checked with people who are living in the ventures. Everybody told they are really happy with the development except bit delay in Clubhouse, that too the respective ventures started with 10 acres and finally ended with 100 acres. That's why the clubhouses also huge related to the respective ventures.

When I started looking at the place, PrimeCity is really at nice location and then we bargained with Marketing Executive Mr. Syed. I got really bargain from him. Thanks to Syed. After that I gave references. Most of my friends visited this place and they to bought plots. We requested for documents for legal verification.

Admin team (Maria) provided each and every document. We verified with our legal lawyer. He told me to go-ahead with this venture. Then I paid the amount and remaining went to bank loan. Once loan git approved, admin team pushed us for registration. Registration was done very quick. I found new friends in PrimeCity and happy customers too. Thank you Reliaable Developers.

We had purchased plot in reliable east urbania. It's a very small project with only basic amenities like water, electrical supply, stp, small park. But even these amenities were not given by reliable developers as they had promised. They provided road which is such poor quality that it came off within 6 months. They showed us 2 entrances to the lay out. But now we came to know that one road which is nearer to the layout is not yet provided due to some issues with locals. Drainage facility is also not given as they quoting some norms. They told by December 2019 they will hand over the layout. Till now it is not handed over. Please if you are planning to purchase any other property to see the condition yourself. They sell properties in good area to lure people into their trap. Their sales people will pester you until you pay the entire amount and then leave you in mid water.

Fraudulent developers. CRM team is worst. They block our numbers when we call them asking for refund status.We have been struggling to get the refundof our booking amount from 4 months since our cancel request. Please don't trust them and waste your hard-earned money on RD developer plots.

The reliable properties(reliable residenza & Reliable prime city are located at prime location of Bangalore close to the Electronic city phase-1. Just 4km from hosa road junction. It is a very good location if we have a plan to construct house in Bangalore. Very good connectivity to Electronic city , Sarjapura, Bellandur, Koramangala, Marathahalli, whitefield etc.. If you are not planning to construct house but want to invest somewhere, then it is the best option to invest in Bangalore. Compared to buying at off sarjapura and remote villages around Bangalore, Reliable properties in central jail road are the best properties and available at affordable price. I had booked the property by paying 50000 and later cancelled my booking since I was depending on 80% of loan amount. With loan amount it would cost more over the time . So it is best to invest in Reliable properties if we have enough money.. I am seeing from 2017 and Reliable builders have developed completely all the planned properties with aminities ex Reliable Dollars colony phase1 , Phase 2. Reliable Residenza, Elegant etc.. now there are only few plots available in Prime City and Residenza. Hurry up and buy the best ..right time right decision clean and clear property.. They have very good staffs and friendly too. They will not force you to buy and it’s your decision to chose the right place and property. I had got my 50k refund within a week without any trouble.

Cancelled the booking just after a single day in Reliaable prime city. Did not receive any documents / did not start any legal process. Provided an option to reduce 10% of booking amount but they are refusing to refund the booking amount of 1 lakh Rs. Be careful before investing with this developer! I initially thought that the negative review comments here were from some competitors but I could very well relate to the plight of many of the complainants here! Will update more based on their behaviour towards me :) Only positive thing is that their sales team are responsive even at this point of time!

Arun MD of Reliaable is cheating many customers.Not at all receiving call, using bad words or talkingunparliamentary language. Ram Reddy Reliaable Charirman is behaving like a Rowdy. He not at all respecting the customers using unparliamentary language.
