Hello friends I am Gino Mathews , I came here to updating my experience regarding real estate cheating in Bangalore, please like and share until it reaches to the authorities and police officials. I am currently in Rayasandra main road in Guttahalli village which comes near huskur village. If you see your major real estate development is happening along this road as well as Nirmala Vidyalaya Road and a famous developer in in Bangalore Reliaable developers selling properties in this area. The issue is, we have a site in the nearby layout from 2006 and now this land shark is encroached in to our layout. They already encroached in kaluve separating our layout and their layout. the boundary wall constructed between these layouts are already erased and now they are constructing a boundary wall on of our layout blocking our acceess. We already have taken stay order from the honorable Anekal court and requested for police protection to construct home in our land but when we approached the hebbagodi police police station they are not ready to accept our complaint or take any action against the real estate developer. Also if you notice the the kaluve which is illegally land filled is also going to be sell to the unknown customers. BBMP or BDA are not willing to take any action and will it will soon to be sold to some innocent customer so please be careful about this cheatings and raise your voice in support of us thank you.

Can somebody give me the information who has bought the plot in Reliable dollars layout so that I will get some idea on this.


Based on the current reviews I can say that these builders are not trustful and they are quoting high price. Please help to get more information on this.

Dollar Collony is a luxurious residential plots layout.They are plots well laid out in a calm location currently.


The customer service is excellent keeping in mind our busy work schedule, we need not run around for the paper works, all is planned meritoriously well before the registration . And they tend to all your queries diligently at the earliest. Certainly worth an investment!

They have disputes in many of their layouts and they do very little to help the innocent buyers to recover from the mess of litigation.


They try to target only NRI's as they know very little about their background of the developer and the NRI buyers will not be available locally to fight the disputes.


I have been stuck with them in 2 such layouts, please stay away from them.

I had/Having poor experience with developers. On top of that we had litigation in one of the survey number in Signature@South in which we brought plot and it is still on. We still do not have electricity, water after 4 years of Plot Registration. It’s not right choice.

Reliaable Dollars Colony completion date is April 2021 as per RERA. So be ready to wait till April 2021 and the developer is not liable to pay any compensation what so ever. Like every builder, they have hidden this fact by saying it's RERA registered. They say that the project would be completed in few months whenever you ask but the fact is, none of the owners can question about this. Good luck.

I visited Phase-2 Dollar collony many times in last 4 months. Same condition not change. Visited nearby old layouts also which are old like gardenia, it's in same bad situation. So please think multiple time before spending your hard money. Price quoted is double. at-least I am not going to wash my hard earned money. Now days BDA also has started making the layout themselves and pricing is around Rs 2000/sq ft. One latest new layout name is BDA Kempegowda Layout. Please check this and apply. Ample sites approx 5000. Now Bangalore Govt is coming up further with new layouts also where BDA sites will be available at very good price. Then why to stuck with private builder at such high price. I found BDA direct allotment a best option. I purely refrain from private builders.

Hi, We have invested in Reliaable Magnolia in early 2014. (Magnolia is very next to Reliaable Dollars Colony)


I have never had such a bad experience in my life, it is almost like I have lost the money.


The property after 4 years dont have basic infrastructure to build houses - no Electricity, no Security, no Compound Wall, no Water Supply, gardens not done. and no Procession certificate from the developer. All we have is anti social people entering the property and having their booze and fun time!


In the last 4 years we had made'N' number of follow up with the Reliaable team. all they give is their attitude and irresponsible replies and false promises. Once sold they dont take any responsibility to fulfill the promises, and move on to next projects, the recent one being Dollars colony which is very next to Magnolia, yet they dont have any shame


Anyone can come and take a look at the project - its abandoned state - and see to yourself the commitment from the Reliaable team

I would like to share a review on the dollor collony by reliaable developers.


They follow the quality standards that suits the cutomer mindset. recently visited the reliaable groups dollor collony project. view of the club house is wow awesome, when you start visiting near and near u feel the look of that building.


The project was recently approved by state bank of india and it has nearly 700+ plots . this looks like staying in a small city because they provide the best amen ties in the community like two big club house, swimming pool, Gyms, Kids park and party hall etc


There is no need to step outside the building to buy any kind of food items as they have an restaurant inside the clubhouse.


also they are so caring . I strongly recommend to go with this group. though the price may be to high. bui it is an paisa vasool property for investment.

RD has come up with Reliaable Dollars Colony Phase-2 plotted project and with so called various amenities. I have visited this project multiple times to see the progress of this project as claimed by sales persons. I can say customer service is very good staffs are supportive(that is obvious till you block a site:). As such project looks good but it is over prices. Main problem I have observed with the development progress of this project. First I have visited this project three months back and till today there is NOT much progress. I do not see any progress of any amenities that has promised to buyers. Builder is giving false promise like clubhouse, courts, blah blah will be done in two to three months but all are only promises. The way progress is going on I don’t think it will be done in coming two to three years. My suggestion if you are looking to invest your hard-earned money and planning to shift there this is not the project you need to consider.

Its almost 6 Years and the layout is deserted with only couple of houses, No one intersted in construction since the Layout is not maintained, Few owners formed an association but they dint take the handover since the basic things are not provided. They dont have security personel, Its a drinkers and snakes paradise, The compound walls and underground cables are broken, The parks are not maintained and full of bushes and snakes, These people does not care since they have sold all the plots.Owners are fighting with RD for basic things from past few years but no luck.Do not invest your hard earned money with such crap people

Phase1 seems temporary Clubhouse and it's not of concrete. This is just to sell Phase2 sites and fool customers. Can be shifted entire club house easily. If they construct clubhouse before selling sites then where the clubhouse and other amenities went from their earlier projects. As someone told please visit and talk to earlier projects owners. There are people who are reselling but no one is ready because no amenities. Near by there is a project call Gardenia from same builder. Please visit it also and check amenities.


If phase1 club house is operational then whose money it is. It is buyers money is put to keep it operational without house in phase1. All Developers marketing and sale people are enjoying that money by using it. I dont think someone will go every weekend to use it.:)


Also, in that area the price is not more then 3000 Rs.


If anyone tells about their earlier projects their executive will get angry and you can feel & see on their face and voice.

I am impressed with reliable silver oak. The quality of construction and design is very Nice. I was really impressed with their dealings. They guided me through everything and the cleared whatever doubts I had in a pleasing manner. Interior is well done, good natural light and air circulation, well done floors, security is best it is a safe place to stay and connected to city very well. All the features perfectly matched to my requirements and budget as well. I really enjoy the life here.

Non disclosure of litigation/Liabilities on the land lead to prolonged litigation(over 10yrs). The land did not appreciate in value. The Reliaable Developers did not complete the club house facility& the sewage treatment plant. The Reddy's participated in some initial meeting but completely obsolved themselves from the dispute. It was a bad experience.did no good to Reliaable Developers reputation
