Prestige Group - Bangalore

I have moved into Prestige willow tree, however the quality of plastering is so bad and no wood work possible to be installed. My TV fallen thrice and screen stand fallen 20 times and Prestige refused to solve this issue. I think Prestige has outsourced to K2K and K2K did not do any good work while Prestige super Engg. had not even bothered to check the quality of plastering. The building quality reminds me on the Maveeran Tamil movie. This issue was escalated to Prestige and no action from Prestige side at all. Chief Engg. RGS had confirmed that he will not look into this issue at all. Kindly I request Mouthshut team help me resolving this issue.If this issue not resolved within a week, I will release the videos.

NOT a good place for investment.

Prestige Tranquility - Amenities like Swimming Pool and Gym are in poor condition and the Management Vestian group is like a mafia thug. They are bullying the residents. Everyone is scared of them. the swimming pool is like a dirty gutter as they keep the filters shut during swiming pool usage time. the staff is constantly staring at women and making them feel uneasy. the gym ac are not working and there is a general sense of disregard for the property.

it can get dangerous if you raise your voice. they retaliate by shutting down the ametities during long holidays and vacation tiime. peace of mind is heavily disrupted.

Maintenance fees is all not spent well. the corruption is in your face and they will not care if you leave the premises too.

do not fall for it beauty when you visit first this is mental harrassment central and the Association people are all unfair and don't respond with respect. they start fighting and giving 100 excuses. the residents are all deperate to leave and the tenants leave soon too.

Very bad servive...we are staying in prestige falcon from past 1year and given n. no.of complaints regarding upper flat making dhum dhum sound and fruntiure scrolling at night also but nothing is solved... prestige is not a sound proof flats..lot of disturbance from upper flat everytime...quality of walls and bathrooms is not good..each and every vessels plastics gets fungus...toilet walls are not in a finishing mode..in master bathroom upper flat drainage is leaking from past 2 months and still it's not resolved..I don recommend investing crores of rupees in prestige is good...

The prestige City is having all amenities and located in Sarjapur road east bengalur. Amenities like Clubhouse,Pharmacy, Party hall, Laundry facility, Convenience store, Swimming pool, Tennis court, Jogging/walking/cycling track, Yoga/aerobics and many more.

In Jan 2021 there was an encounter with Cheetah in the society. He was there till 2 months and couldn't be found by forest department. Was captured in cctv. Check the news and youtube video of the society. Entire society was under lockdown untill he was found. Most of the flats are vacant after the incident.

The owners are now trying to rent their flats and charging 30k plus for the apartment to the people who don't know about this.

The project prestige silver oak in whitefield eventhough not registered with RERA when I enquired with them they told me about the pending litigations on the land in high court in RSA 1943/2011 and in civil court also which even the members of the residents welfare association are kept in dark.

Booked a flat in this project which is not even half complete and started to face bad experience with them. Until you book, they are on your terms and after that harassment starts for payment which they don't clarify in the beginning properly. Did not expect an organization with such good reputation has such bad crm and sales giving bad experience. Really, it is a torture. Already put my head into this, not sure what all I have to face in future with them.

I am an NRI booked the apartment in March 2019 but since I then my bad days started!

They will treat with extreme respect until you book. Once you booked. You got into hell.

I feel sorry I did not read the reviews before I booked the apartment otherwise I wouldn't have turned into them.

Please refer attached pic for the parking spot there is column and wall at other end how you can park car there?!

very irresponsible CRM. in one word they don't care and torture you mentally.

If you are a NRI dont even walk away from them better start running away.

i dont have words explain thier torture.

i hope it helps future buyers.

Hey they don't have basic sense to treat the customer, please if possible avoid this project... Due to this pathetic behaviour of the staff in this project.. If possible prestige people can see the train the staff for the basic customer treat training...

We moved to PRW in 2016. There were lot of seepage in the Villa. In 2017, during the rains water entered our villa 4 times. All wood work got damaged, washing machine, dish washer and refrigerator and sofa sets got damaged. We had to replace everything at our cost. Our car got submerged in the rain water and had to claim insurance as Prestige refused to pay money. Again in the year 2018 same story. Now in September 2020, again the rain water entered our villa, same story. Also our new car was submerged and the car is in the workshop. Repeated mails written to MD and Hyderabad head, they replied that they can't do anything and they said that it was an Act of God. Out of 152 villa's only 10 are affected villa's. Very unprofessional and poor management. They are cheats. Please be careful before buying any property from Prestige group.

One of the worst CRM service i have received. this is horrible. They mess up with the amount, the dates , untill you keep a track it is hard to follow. If you have a concern, they would neither call you back or respond. Lastly, they bluff and cheat you. Please stay away.

I would suggest in the end you suffer as a customer.

I have visited this site before 2 days, Pro and Cons from:

Pros:

1. All amenities are good

Cons:

1. Very poor management, these people even don't know how to speak with customer.

2. They don't want to sell owner properties

3. Initially they just show you 2 or 3 units, They even don't give much options

4. There team behaving like they are giving me flat in free

5. They have not left space on any floor, between the flats and lift. Either u can take breath inside your home, or at ground of prestige.

Everything was acceptable their exact their poor management. I wish I can take some action against them.

Being a owner of the villa, The owners Association is hiding from its members on some legal problems of the land on which the project is built.

We have booked a flat in Prestige boulevard 4 years ago and now during possession we have requested them to share few documents which clarifies on the GST being charged and they respond like they are not liable to share the document. Very unprofessional employees and the way they handle customer is really bad. They threaten to charge interest instead of sharing the required documents. Shame on their behavior. Never would suggest anyone to book a flat with prestige.

Apartment design and space good. However Prestige once we book gives an extremely poor customer service. Especially their inability to organize a more structured registration to consumers leaves us with a bad feel to even have bought a house. For sure can improve.
