In PFC, its very difficult to hire and trust maids, cooks as they charge a way lot for basic household chores, they demand and threaten us that if we dont pay as per their wish they wont come to work and fewer cooks demands salary month on month basis basis.

It is a nice community to live in, having paid a premium escalated price than the average market price. But the service standards are very poor when you are paying a heavy price for buying a flat in this property, like car parking slots given to customers are illogical, our flat is in builiding 3 but our car parking is alloted under building 2. there is no answer from the CRM head Mr Naveen to this illogical allotment. On further pestering his junior Mr. Karthik from CRM for a better parking allotment, he was insisting us to pay Rs. 1 lakh cash into his pocket so that he could get a better parking slot from his manager Mr. Naveen. this is the kind of substandard service we are getting from the CRM team after buying a flat. what is the use in buying a flat at such heavy price when you have to walk almost 500 mts to reach your car parking, very poor service and unethical practice from Naveen and Karthik

Very bad servive...we are staying in prestige falcon from past 1year and given n. no.of complaints regarding upper flat making dhum dhum sound and fruntiure scrolling at night also but nothing is solved... prestige is not a sound proof flats..lot of disturbance from upper flat everytime...quality of walls and bathrooms is not good..each and every vessels plastics gets fungus...toilet walls are not in a finishing mode..in master bathroom upper flat drainage is leaking from past 2 months and still it's not resolved..I don recommend investing crores of rupees in prestige is good...

After handover builder & developer dont have bandwidth to close open issues.

Labour charges for drilling etc are way higher

Cost of living is high due to remote location

Its mistake of ITES/MNC GUYS who just buy at what so ever price is told to these executive class. Hense the localities know we can charge these guys as they wish. Hense cost of living is high.

Recently moved in. There were a couple of issues regarding the cabling and wood work. Rather than being cooperative and understanding the problem of the resident, they keep on ranting about their own issues. According to them, once they have handed over the flat, any issue faced by the person living there is none of their concerns.

Definitely the worst customer facing staff. Arrogant and basically do not know how to interact with a customer. I was very excited about this project looking at the amenities provided and the scale at which have been developed, but when you have a staff like this any project can fall flat.

The quality of construction is substandard. Kitchen wall tiles are rough. Bathroom tiles are not ok. Kitchen wall is already damp. Please think before you buy. Only the staff are courteous.

As I have a little experience in construction field I calculated the total cost of apartment and it came around 80 lakhs including his profit. But what he quoted is 1.6 cr. So I am offering 80 lakhs extra for amenities.

I am not ready to offer so much money just to enjoy amenities .

Next point is they use recycled water for daily use . I didn’t like it.
