Pet poop in an around the appartment. Irresponsible pet owners. Frequent power cuts, lift get struck often with minimum 3 min to restart. One can hear discussions taking place on the other flat. Society is not upto the mark especially considering the name Kolte Patil.

Be careful on which school you admit your ward. School bus would drop at the opposite side of appartment at the busy road. Someone must be at home to pick children everyday.

Positive side: Vibrant society with most of the events celebrated. Even Holi by ordering water tanker when entire B'lore is starving for water and BWSSB mandated is not to use water tanker ??

It’s outside the city so it’s quiet and peaceful in the mornings. Main gate security is good, descent cleanliness.

There’s is only 1 small lift for residents that moves like a snail.The second lift is used for carrying al garbage in the morning and it stinks with flies around. In my block both lifts smell of pee, everyday, not sure it’s of dog’s or Human’s. Complained many time, we get to see fresh pee inside the lifts till date.

Loud music starts at 7.30am even on Sundays and this happen quiet often. Very frequent power cuts, without inverters your TV’s will go for a toss. Too many kids and quiet noisy during the day from 7am onwards

The builder is a big liar. I had booked an apartment and due to the some issue i had to cancek my booking. It has been more than 6 months but they have not refunded the amount to me where in everytime they send a mail stating it will be done this months. The entire team is filled with liars and frauds

Kolte patil raaga is a very luxurious property. The amenities of the project is very super and enjoyable. They have a very good customer service. Flats are budget friendly.

My Sister was looking for home and then we came across kolte patil. I found this place worth buying with wonderfully designed and with beautiful amenities. I loved the project and would recommend if one is looking to stay at raaga.

I had visited Raaga project recently, sales team is very courteous, I liked the ready amenities and a store located within the project for convenience shopping, Phase 2 will be receiving OC soon, project is in great condition. Also I trust the brand so there is no compromise is the quality of construction.

No standard construction.. No water. Poor infrastructure. Non responsive builder. Poor amenities. Fraud builder.

Construction- Good quality

Me n my friend visited apartment, I liked the apartment n amenities very well, I wish to booka unit but unfortunatly 1500 sft unit not available, majorly I no need to worry abt my kid studies as all int.schools are availble in that location n REVA university also very near

There are lots of issues with this project - It was informed that there is 13 Borewells but there is only 1 Borewell hence there is water issues, Water is supplied through Tanker, Lots of Electricity Fluctuations due to which most of your appliances will get damaged, No Proper Garbage Management as its been collected from each house and get dumped inside society itself, Due to Bellahalli Garbage Dumbyard very close to his apartment, The stinking smell is always around areas located near by so we cannot open our balcony and window doors, Lifts doesn't work properly, There is Monkey menace who enter each block via Utility and Balcony areas.Unfortunately there isn't any response on mail from KPDL, No CCTV in premises, Inefficient Security Guards as anyone can enter the society anytime easily, All Amenities are just namesake, Adding to this flavour, We have a open forest behind the apartment where some people dump some plastic waste and burn it regularly by which the poisonous plastic gas is spread to the apartment so we need to always keep our windows closed, There is a supermarket is of KPDL owned but rates are sky rocketing. Its unending list.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROJECT. IF U REALLY WANTED PEACE OF MIND.

NOW YOU UNDERSTAND WHY THE RATES ARE LOW.

Note - Please don't get tricked by KPDL sales person saying its just some competitors fake review. I am a owner of Raaga Phase1 and I regret my decision of purchasing this apartment. If you still want to go ahead and purchase it then kindly take everything in writing from KPDL which you will never get. It's your hard earned money so think before investing

We booked a property in Koltepatil Mirabilis.

We were supposed to get our possession by April 2018 including grace period and now they are telling they will give it bu June 2019.

They don't reply to the emails and nor they respond properly to the calls.

They claim themselves as A grade builder but they don't even deserve a D grade .

This is our firs house and its just frustrating.

This a worst builder don't ever do a mistake to buy a property from them.

Kolte Patil Group really puts in a lot of thought while designing the homes. I really enjoy the huge balcony at Raaga as well the mindfully created spaces in homes. No space is put to waste and the amenities they provide in the homes, as well as the premises, are also amazing.

Raaga by Kolte Patil developers is magnificient gated community. It is close to so many important locations that is very convinent. It also has a supermarket in the vicinity which makes it so easy to go grocery shopping. The swimming pool just adds to the elite value and rich feel. Amazingly located with best amenities. I really loved this project.

My Dad has recently visited this Raaga project would love to share his experience here, They have a well designed flats and the sales team was also too good. They are also providing all the basic amenities. Overall his experience was good with Kolte team.

Recently I have heard about Raaga project from one of my friend and then I visited their website. The project seems to be too Good with well-designed Flats and good amenities. I have seen many youtube videos for sample flats were looking too good. Would love to visit the project personally.

One of the best project in Bangalore is Raaga we have visited this project before lockdown. Society is well maintained good security flats is also well designed. Had a great sales experience with the team they guided us very well. You will also be getting all the amenities here. A good place to live.

Nicely organized place for visitors who came here for flat booking or inquiry. Tea coffee and snack were offered and almost everything was answered regarding purchase and details of layout and other benefits. The staff was too good and humble enough to take care of everything. There was a lovely demo shown to us where we enjoyed a lovely theatre-like atmosphere with a crisp sound. There was a sample flat too where we get an idea of what we may get after the purchase. Too good. loved the team service.

Complete value for money product. Quality is undoubtedly excellent with superb finishing. Kolte Patil Raaga home is worth buying in this price segment

It is a great project to invest as well as for end use. More than 250 families are living in phase 1. Phase 2 on the verge of getting possession. The project is equipped with all the basic amenities.

VALUE FOR MONEY.

It is one of the best project in affordable segment in north Bangalore. The project connectivity is very good and 10 min drive from manyata tech park. Construction quality is good.
