I have lived in the Lodha Marquise in Worli for 6 months, and before leaving the complex, due to its high maintenance charges and other maintenance issues. Sometimes the cleaners fail to clean the complex premises, and when you ask, they give some unconvincing reasons. I really don’t like this, as it has happened frequently. Additionally, the traffic is another reason which is frustrating. Overall, I would suggest that if you plan to buy or rent the premises, please check these hidden issues and charges; if you’re satisfied with them, then you can proceed.

We are all familiar with the premium construction of the Lodha group, so I visited their residential complex in Parel. The property was excellent, but the rent was extremely high, beyond my expectations. Also, I noticed some maintenance issues as well. I didn’t know whether it was permanent or temporary, but I didn’t get the impression that it was suitable for the property there, and I moved from there. I wouldn’t recommend it to middle-class people, and suggest those who can afford it check the maintenance and other hidden costs properly.

Lodha is one of the most renowned builders whose buildings are well-constructed and designed with modern aesthetics. I was looking for a residential apartment, so my friend suggested Lodha Parkside. I went and visited the property, and everything looked good inside, but the surrounding areas were very noisy and polluted due to ongoing construction nearby. Additionally, I observed the traffic issue while visiting the site. I won’t recommend this property as many other good options are available in the area.

I have rented an office space in Lodha Signet in Lower Parel. Everything was good from rent to maintenance. The property was also premium, but after using it for four months, I left due to heavy traffic in the area. My staff and I were all suffering from travelling to the office due to heavy traffic in the area. It took almost half an hour per day to clear the traffic, wasting time, and it was also frustrating. I recommend avoiding buying or renting anything in the Lodha and the nearby areas, especially if you can’t tolerate poor traffic conditions like I do

Lodha Ciel is a luxurious residential complex that, no doubt, would be costly. But I didn’t know it was beyond my budget. I was always willing to buy an apartment that is spacious and is situated in a location with a great scenic view from the window, and this tower offers a great skyline and sea view. Also, it provides a range of lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and landscaped gardens. Budget is the only issue; I thought the flat rates were within my budget, but it was completely different when I visited the apartment. If you can afford it, you must buy; otherwise, forget it.

I’m writing an honest review about Lodha Unica in Jogeshwari, having lived there for almost 6 months. I rented a property here, thinking I would buy the apartment in the society. But after living there, I came to realise that they had constructed the building very poorly. The apartment appears very stylish, but it has some flaws, including moisture, termite infestations, and leaks. I got frustrated even in the rented one and decided not to buy an apartment here. I left the place and will never recommend anybody to purchase or rent space here.

My friend suggested Lodha Bellagio in Powai because I was searching for great under-construction flats to live in. So, I went to check the property. It is truly a decent and dream project that people have ever thought of living in, but unfortunately, I couldn’t buy it due to its extremely high price. I thought it was in Powai, so it definitely comes under my budget. But I was wrong, it was too expensive. The builders explained the loan and interest to me, but I didn’t want it because I wasn’t ready to take a large loan; it would be a burden on me. Overall, if budget isn’t an issue, then go for it.

I’m sharing my review of the Lodha Seamount residential complex. I recently visited to see the apartment in the Lodha, which was undoubtedly very beautiful, offering all the lifestyle amenities people look for. But I didn’t like the project as it was; I didn’t find the proper open space, which is my primary requirement. Additionally, the price was too high, beyond my budget, which was also quite disappointing. Overall, if you are okay with an almost covered living space and high pricing, you should consider it; otherwise, look for another project available in the area.

Sure, it’s swanky, but I sometimes wonder if I’m paying more for the name than for real value. Several owners I spoke to have complained about delayed possession, hidden charges, or opaque customer-service practices from the builder, which sours the initial vibe for me. Also, at times, it doesn’t feel as “international-standard” as marketed; it definitely has a nice lobby, but the amenities don’t always translate to equally good maintenance or transparency. I moved there 4 months back and trust me, the property is excellent, featuring all the lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and an indoor games room. I really like it because it is a highly secure and well-maintained property, which is ideal for living with family. The sales experience here was honestly draining. Multiple calls from different numbers, constant pushing, and a sense that they weren’t being transparent. Add to that, people online talk about delayed possession and misleading commitments, which is a major "NO-NO" for such a high-priced project. For something pitched as ultra-luxury, the customer experience feels shockingly poor. I’d be cautious before signing anything.

The apartments are very spacious with generous ceiling heights and the layouts that maximise views and ventilation. It offers private lobbies, private elevators, and the members-only Club Saint Amand. Other amenities include a swimming pool, a gym, and landscaped gardens. The most charming feature of the Tower is its breathtaking view of the sea, racecourse, and skyline. I really loved the property and would highly recommend it.

I recently visited Lodha Parkside to see a resale property which was available at a great price. When I visited the place, I really loved the overall complex, which was highly secured with CCTV cameras installed everywhere. It features luxurious lifestyle amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a gym, a sports court, and a jogging track. Additionally, the apartments were excellent with huge spaces, which you can style according to your own taste. Not only is the complex excellent, but the neighbourhood is also outstanding, offering all the necessary amenities like schools, colleges, and hospitals nearby.

For the price bracket, the experience should be seamless, but it’s not. I came across multiple complaints about delayed possession, and that instantly raised flags to dig deeper. The after-sales service is inconsistent, making the premium tag feel unjustified. If you are familiar with Sion, you know the traffic around it is already chaotic, and this project won’t magically fix that. Paying crores for uncertainty just doesn’t sit right with me, and if it does to you, then please tell.

I have recently visited Lodha Bellagio in Powai to buy a flat, and would love to say it's truly a great place to live. I’m very particular about flat interiors and designs, and this was the main reason behind my opting for this complex, as it is well-constructed and nicely designed. It really looks great with European-inspired designs and an opulent feel featuring luxury amenities in both the apartment and common areas, including a large clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. I moved into Lodha Altamount, hoping for a true “top-class Mumbai address" and believe me when I tell you that I’m not one bit disappointed. The interiors are premium, and you really feel the luxury, from the glass-façade apartment to amenities like a gym, spa, pool, and a classy lobby. The location is elite, central, and posh; it gives you a sense of high-end living that any individual would expect from city life. For me in particular, it felt more than just a home: it’s a statement, and a comfortable one at that.
