The sales experience here was honestly draining. Multiple calls from different numbers, constant pushing, and a sense that they weren’t being transparent. Add to that, people online talk about delayed possession and misleading commitments, which is a major "NO-NO" for such a high-priced project. For something pitched as ultra-luxury, the customer experience feels shockingly poor. I’d be cautious before signing anything.
