Lodha Evoq apartment is one of the best apartments in mumbai, having lots of facilities and I am sure this apartment is to be loved by everyone. But when it comes to its cost that reaches sky height as compared to other apartments. I would recommend you to buy this only when you are financially rich or holding high paying job otherwise a big No. The convenience is good and appreciated.

I am sharing some feedback about Lodha Group,


I have visited in Dec 2016 I have found nicely and properly design The reception was nice and clean, they even have arrange pick and drop for me.


Customer Service:- Good service they arrange pick and drop for me.


Staff:- The staff is good they explain me very well about group.


Ease Of project implementation:- They explain me detail project is completed in 2 year preod so project planning is so good.

Flats are not spacious

Well, everybody knows Lodha group is one of the renowned builder in Mumbai but if you see the flats and carpet area of the flat is not satisfactory.May be because of huge complexes with market, malls and school etc But one person has to come back in the evening at his own house for relax. Paying huge money on super built up area, one person has to think twice to buy the flat.

Easy affordable prices of rooms each and every development is near the station from where you can easily travel anywhere shoping mall in there own cities ??the facilities are the best with low maintainace parking are best with garden in the society secuirity is best safety and fire is also provided with fire marshal in the residiency towers play room swiming pools balconys spacies rooms to live and a feel of licurious life

As well as thr side is so attractive and some time's it is near by transport facility like railway stetion or like highway.
