The services provided by them are very smooth firstly we need to approach them in a positive manner then the services they render are worth it.

Now I am here to share my review on Lodha Group. Every people well known the name of Lodha Group this is now become a entrepreneur in construction field.

My friend go to lodhra group to give them contract to build his dream project.

After that he come to me and told about them.he told me the have many terms and conditions and when research about them the we found the they use different material at different sites.

And the quality of material is different at the site location.

The my friend refuse to give contact to the Lodha builders.

I have booked flat in Lodha, I assume their strategy is to complete the building in this kind of manner that they are able to get 90% of price and then they will put off the final touch, so as customers will maintain to pay interest on home loan and go through.

I had very terrible enjoy of aid from them after reserving the flat. however they may be very spark off in sending put off interest price reminder . they're too sweet before you buy a flat but too sour after you obtain it.

This group is the best group for any groups in mumbai city.we must know the sir this is in our future so we should the go with that grups.i know sir I dont know about english .becoz I dosnt I know sir .but I want to tell you sir your group will be famous in the world.i want to job in your own compANY so can you give me a job on your own company just a request for me and my self.so thanku sir maine jo bhi kaha I dnst know vo sahi hai nahi .

Lodha Group is well known builders in Mumbai for their developing residential as well as commercial properties.

Service and publicity/promoting wise they are very active and follow on customers till they booked, actually this is very irritating to the customers.

Staff surveying very well and take care to the customers very excellent.

Now, come to the build quality:

build quality is not that up to the mark.

I have visited some Lodha's project like Lodha Palawa, Lodha Amara in Thane.

I have not found that much build quality.

I will best guide buyers and people shopping for apartments to stay to be as some distance far from Lodha. Crores of Rupees are being spent on advertising and marketing but they don’t want to spend on customer pride. Pleasant of creation is terrible and shoddy job is what you notice when you take handover after years of put off. The best issue they're very efficient is in gathering cash from you. Their rules are not consumer friendly. A number of bad has been written approximately them on numerous systems and i've skilled the careless mind-set. By no means once more a Lodha flat. My non-public view after investing and managing top developers with my investments, stay faraway from this one. They don’t care!

Lodha Group is a new milestone in Real Estate industry, each project is mind blowing provided with great luxury interiors with best of the best amenities a person can get in his home. Lodha Group is on the verge of making Nation proud by completing World's highest residential building of 117 Floors "The World Tower" .wow. I have seen the site very closely and it looks massive, its really great to see such a structure in India. All the best.

Lodha Group is a Mumbai Based Real Estate builder & developer group which was established in the year 1980. It is famous for constructing residential and commercial building which are very tall in their height. There are many properties which are constructed by Lodha Group through out India and in Metro cities. But Major construction of Lodha is carried in the city of Mumbai.

Currently Lodha Group is constructing the worlds tallest residential tower, know as "World One" which is located in Mumbai City, India. Buyers from all over the world are keen to purchase their flat in this building. The only problem is that these flats are tremendously over priced.

Currently a Basic semi furnished flat in World One will cost around 1.5 Million to 2 Million USD i.e INR 8 to 11 Cr. Here the value for money is low. People who wish for a luxurious flat without any concern of value for money can buy their properties created by Lodha Group. For people who want value for money, I do not recommend Lodha Group.

LODHA is one of the biggest and popular group, i am though just big fan of this group.

Few years back thy started one project with name "World one " which is first largest resedential apartment in world who's possession date is 2018.

I must request ppl to view their aprtments with latest facilites they provide, club, italian marble flooring, video door, gymnasium, swimmingpool, amenities are good, rates are also resonable etc.

Lodha group has lots of projects all over Mumbai and Pune. They are the first to come up with worlds tallest residential tower in Mumbai which is located in Worli.

They also has strong stake in the market and their projecta has also involved lots of architects from abroad.

I have been to couple of their projects and they have a systematic approach and they do take care of their clients.

They are the best.

Dear readers do not ever go with lodha group.it is the worst experience I had dealing with them for palava.sales team can go to any extent to sell the apartment and even after giving booking cheques and the rate mentioned.scenario changes after 6 months ultimately I had to cancel the booking.

Their sales rep Mohit Lala is one of the worst to deal.don't ever deal with lodha you will end up losing trust.
