I fail to understand ppl who are not satisfied from the movie are saying that all Aamir had to show was the kid's drawing ability. Rather that's what he tried to show that kid is so innovative in his thinking but despite that he is suffering from psycological trauma and AND 'In fact Aamir shou...ld have found ways & means by which the kid could have understood the numbers & the alphabets' What else was shown , kid practicing making alphabets in mud , playing number games. Watch it again.Read More

Well Written Sonali but the point is :- How many movies of this kind are made in India , considering that writer of the story took almost a decade to write this story , the fact that it is not copied from any hollywood or European flick simply makes this movie the best movie of the year-at least for... me-Chak de , Guru were again some phenomenol ones but in the end Aamir Khan had a last laugh. One more thing Sonali plz try to view the movie in a rational manner , rather than going after every minute details shown in the movie try to view that what it tries to convey to the audience. (If u see the movies thinking so much then I think there are always uncountable number of flaws in Johar's and Yashraj's production.) The dialouge where Aamir says 'We have a merciless competitive world outside , everyone wants to breed toppers , engineers , doctors , managers' and then 'If u want to go for horse race , then breed horses , why u produce kids?' were awesome and very close to reality. Go back to the time when we were kids in class 3 or 4 , at least i rem my parents always use to say that lookk at him/her they come first , he is so good at playing music. I think this movie connects well to every audience , youth , young married couples (about to produce a child) , parents ranging from housewives to working women, our grandparents. Certainly this movie deserves to go for oscarRead More

Well , it is the story with almost every Cell Connection , I was quite satisfied with the services of Hutch when I was in Delhi last year , but the time since Vodafone has taken over Hutch I have a feeling of being betrayed by the company. It has detoriated it's services , There are lot of unwanted ...idiotic service SMS I receive every day , moreover the STD rates have been increased , it's network also sucks. Your review was Ok but it reflected more of ur inner frustration over the network , to which I totaly agree.Read More

Life In Noida A settled life but certainly not for young couples or bachelors because you will get bore by visiting atta market time and again , you will want to go to Delhi for new things , Gurgaon can be considered by young couples or bachelors but Noida never. Even the ones who are leading s...ettled life in Noida has to get dependent on Delhi (though same with Gurgaon too) for many reasons ,for example there is no railway line here , hence no railway station , the Airport and ISBT both are in Delhi. So if planning to go out of station better plan first how to move out of Noida to reach Delhi. Though there are rumours that there is new airport coming up at Greater Noida but God knows how much time will it take. The life in Noida will Give a UP touch as I feel rather than an NCR. While the safety is getting worse as the city progresses. Dadri village , Nithari killings are a few to name to haunt someone. Really Delhi is the safest at present in the whole NCR according to me. So be alert and have nice time in Noida , Thanks for reading do not forget to leave your comment. Read More

One of the best reviews I have found on MS about Delhi. I am here in Delhi for the last one year , believe me at the beggining I use to hate this city but gradually i have started loving this city from my heart. As I am from Jaipur which is again a very progressive city and quite developing , but ...I can see the difference amongst people , lifestyle , education , infrastructure. I have also visited Mumbai. There is no one like Delhi. The people here have a taste , unique style which is absolutely lacking in Jaipur. One thing which i certainly don't like about Delhites(not u particular) that they always keep on critisizing the law and order system and various other things of Delhi which are rampant and even more in other cities. for E.g beggers I have found pretty less beggers on the streets of Delhi compared to Jaipur and Mumbai (for Mumbai movie Traffic Signal will give u an ample account of this) Then the infrastructure I think Ring Road and various parts of South Delhi have the best roads in India. What abt DND Flyway , Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. Traffic rules:- Delhiites allege that there are no traffic rules but i must say that in India it has the strictest rules. Where else helmet is compulsary for pillian riders. Where u have seperate Bus lanes. I think the city that comes near to World Class cities like New York , Shanghai , Beijing , Tokyo , London from India will only be Delhi and no other city. Comon it's hosting the commenwealth games man. Ne ways awesome review , the above comments were for Delhitites in General not for u.. EXCELLENT REVIEW Read More

Thanks Chandni for ur comments , I too agree that's the major reason. The problem is with middle class parents who always think that , a good political approach and money is needed to be a part of the National team in any sport. That's vey unfortunate . Jazzy

Again u have mesmerized all of us by ur wonderful writing and frank opinion. There is of course an agreement of mine with ur viewpoint on this but apart from that ur writing skills makes ur review look different and of course special. Right from the title to the end u have written very well. ... What I like most about ur review is that the striking comparisons u make in an event of real life. In this review u have talked about Public Display affection , that is highly objected when shown by couples in parks and other public places , but not objected when shown at places such as airports or other places. I really like this feature of ur writing. In short fantastic review.. Welcome back and keep writing more.Read More

Very interesting review about Bangalore , well to be very frank I have been restricted to only North India. The closest I came to South India was when I visited Mumbai 10 Yrs. ago. I have restricted myself to Delhi , Jaipur , Chandigarh and mostly to North India. Don't think that it is a kind of co...mpulsion it's rather the luck which never alowed me to go to south. I had planned to go to Hyderabad for ICFAI interview and from there to Bangalore but I got a call from Delhi which again stopped me from going there. Well if I ask u Abha can u tell me seriously that how much the difference lies between Bangalore and some other North Indian cities which u have visited (even Delhi).Read More

THE INFRASTRUCTURE The Roads of the city has improved over the past few years on a very large scale. None of the city’s road contains any potholes , the roads are smooth with controlled traffic and most of the drivers following the rules , helmet and seat belts are compulsory. There are proper de...marcations. Traffic police is strict and doesn’t run short of chaalans on daily basis , jack doesn’t always comes handy. Though the traffic in the old city is a hotchpotch and for shopping its difficult to take four wheeler inside the market particularly in the Walled city because u won’t get the place to park. You have to park it outside the Char-diwari.. The City’s heart J.L.N. Marg has been made of the international standards it’s a broad six lane road with additional space on the sides. It’s approx. 10 Km. long. Most of the main roads of the city are smooth and well maintained. But the drawback is that at few places the roads run short of space except for J.L.N Marg of course. But JDA says that this problem will also be a thing of past. City receives 24 Hrs. Power Supply even during peak summers , if there is a power cut people are informed earlier through newspapers and local news channels.. The cut lasts not more than 2 hrs. during the day time. There are various Multi Nationals who are opening there offices and outlets in Jaipur but of course the pace is lacking. GenPact has succeded in it’s operations and Infosys is coming out with a huge plan to develop it’s outlet on the outskirts of the city. The city has 14 five star Hotels next to Mumbai and Delhi who have 20 each. The realty Boom is also on high. Read More
