After the many negative reviews on airtel, I dont know if mine will make a difference, but I'd really like to share my experience with my airtel no.
Besides the terrible network, it has started deducting Rs 30. every month from my balance unnecessarily since the past few months!
Initially the customer service executives did not have any explanation for it. [ Sir hamara balance sheet kuch nahi dikha raha hai.(to main kya karun? Computer fod daal!).I was forced to talk in hindi.despite choosing the English option.I'll get back to the customer service next time.]. Later they said my'Airtel Live' service is activated!
HOW? I didn't activate it! This frustated me enough and I decided to change my number when this month it again got deducted followed by a message from Airtel saying that my'Music on demand' service is renewed!
WTF? Whats happening? I tried in vain to deactivate both of them. Airtel has troubled me enough and I feel targetted & terribly victimised. Changing my number is inevitable and imminent, but whats the point?
Why should a loyal cutomer suffer so much without any cause?
