Service Quality: I was informed that for the first year of service, the service charges will not be applicable, post replacing my unit in Dec'13, the service engineer charged me the money, when I called up the call centre, they updated me that the same is not updated in their records, hence the c...harge. Issue 1: when I called up the call centre, the person was speaking in Tamil, and when I insisted that I do not understand, he arrogantly asked me to call after one hour...suggestion...you should have a call back facility. Issue 2: I had logded a complaint a week back regarding low output of water, the technician came and cleaned the CSF filter...now, in a weeks time the machine is showing that the CSF filter has to be replaced, query, the technician should have informed us /known about this...this would have avoided repeated visits by the technician for the same problem. Questions the quality of service.... Please look into this.Read More
